I haven’t been to a Dunkin’ and had a positive experience in over five years. The service is terrible, the place is always trashed, and the coffee is ‘meh’ at best.

This is a cherish stop. Raised in Chicago this was the elite stop for Danish and coffee. Today it is the perfect stop for road trips for us cause the doughnut holes, especially the jelly filled holes fit that box right between the front seat and snack those miles away. (Regular coffee with a splash of cream please.) Oh…..what’s with the super tiny sipper tag ? Did they promote the person with THAT incredible useless thought?

Waited about 5min for our food two bagels and two drinks. The coffee lid popped off and my husband got hot coffee spilled on his hand and all down the door inside and out. Then I too our bangle and butter was dripping out of the bagel package onto my clothes. Photo shows the amount of butter that oozed out of our bagel plus the amount on my clothes. I call to place a complaint and the lady blamed my husband for the coffee spill saying he hit the cup on the window. When our window was completely down. Husband says he grabbed the cup and the lid popped off. Idk why she insisted to argue about who’s fault it was since my husband burned his had, our car seat and door is covered I. Coffee and my close are doused in butter. Will NEVER go there again.

I recognize this is just a fast food chain and, especially outside of New England, quality and customer service can be significantly variable. Accordingly, I don’t normally review fast food places unless they’re exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. Unfortunately this DD was exceptionally bad. I’ve been to a LOT of DD all over the United States, and this is unequivocally the worst one I’ve experienced.
I stopped here with my family on a cross country road trip. We ordered a dozen custom-selection donuts, a large iced coffee, and a large caramel craze latte. The donuts were a very sad looking bunch – probably the nicest thing I can say is that the sprinkle donut had a lot of sprinkles. Most of the donuts were hard; as if they were day-old – or maybe multiple days old. The Boston cream donuts were pale in color (undercooked?), had barely any chocolate glaze on top, and even less pudding filling. The apple-filled donut had been impaled and had a crusty amount of filling oozing out of the middle. We could only tell that the glazed donut was the glazed one because it had some sticky residue on one side. What I’m trying to say is – it was a pretty poor showing. Then my wife and I each took a sip of the coffees. We are both Dunkin fans and we have a significant amount of latitude in our preferences – sure, sometimes it’s a little sweeter or a little less creamy. But these coffees were legitimately bad. The latte tasted like there was no coffee in it at all, and maybe the mint syrup had contaminated the caramel pump. Also, we ordered the caramel craze latte, which is supposed to come with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle on top (both were even noted on the order sticker on the cup). Needless to say, by this time we almost weren’t surprised to see the beverage was naked, with neither cream nor drizzle to be seen. The iced coffee was sickly sweet and had almost no milk in it. When we asked, the barista did remake them both, and the latte came out significantly better, though still strangely a little off (but I did mention we are willing to extend a lot of grace when it comes to a coffee?). The iced coffee didn’t really improve, even when we added more milk. But we had more things to do this morning than stand at the counter all morning, so we cut our losses and decided to try for a better Dunkin experience another day. And definitely at a different location. All that being said, I will mention that the restroom was reasonably clean and the staff did remake the coffees, although somewhat grudgingly.

I usually go when it’s a busy time in the morning which I get but more then once on multiple occasions now hot coffee has been ice cold, and breakfast sandwich still has frozen eggs on the sandwich. Please improve
**Edit** So since I made this review the very next day and everyday since the food has been cooked perfectly and simply is just better going there, I am really appreciative that this has improved, this place has very much gotten better and for that I have updated my review. Thanks a lot!

We typically stop here in the mornings on the way to work. The foods been made right but customer service definitely needs works and seeing from other reviews I’m not the only one. We stopped in today to get the new guava refresher and I’m telling my boyfriend what I want and we hear over the speaker I can’t hear you and a few other things and was really rude. The boyfriend asked her to hold on as I was talking to him. Then he went to order a large guava refresher with green tea and we were told they don’t have them yet. I was asking how I was able to get two on Saturday then when I was in there and me being in the passenger side had to speak up so she could hear the question. The manager Amanda pops on and said “I’m the manager and we don’t sell those until the 30th okay bye.” So we left and I called for the corporate number and in return I got well it’s on Google and you’ll just be talking back to me in 20/24 hours. I explained that I would explain to corporate why I won’t be talking to her as yet again she was rude and short and over talking me. She said “well I thought and it sounded like you were going after my employee.” I kindly said to her first off there’s no reason for me to. It was a simple question how I was able to get two on Saturday and if I wasn’t supposed to maybe that’s an issue you as a manager should know about to correct but if I was yelling at your employees everyone would know. I explained I’m in the passenger seat and I have to speak up for you to hear me so when we assume we make asses out of ourselves. All she could do was very rudely say “I’m sorry you perceived it that way.” There’s no perceiving rudeness which is seems there’s a lot at that store. I would encourage and suggest more lessons in customer service after reading quite a few of the comments.

So my husband went to this Dunkin donut and got munchin donuts for my kids and told them no cinnamon because my son is allergic and still they put the pumpkin ones in it with cinnamon and my kids realize there is cinnamon ones in it cause he bit it and I call to Dunkin’ Donuts to complain because it’s not the first time this happen and the manager and who ever else on the fone was so rude kept saying and and saying okay what u want me do like it’s a joke it could of killed my son this is ridiculous people should be trained better and people should be fired u could really kill someone and not even care something needs to be done worst customer service and worst Dunkin around no consideration for others I spend way to much with Dunkin for this definitely lost a customer today

Stopped into this Dunkin location for a drink one evening. I had ordered on the mobile app and when I arrived just a few minutes later, my drink was ready and waiting for me. So, the service was quick and the drink was good. Can’t complain a bit.
