It seems like a lot of the Dunkin’s around here vary greatly from each other. This one has ended up being one of my favorites. The staff is always super nice to me whether I’m in the drive through or in-store, my food and drink is always consistent, and my donuts are always fluffy (sometimes other Dunkin’s seem stale). Even this morning when I went, the staff and my order were awesome despite the busyness of everything. Thanks to everyone there!

Last 2 times I been here coffee has been terrible. Been coming here for years and never had a problem. They must run out of products and not replenish them. Gave me granulated sugar instead of liquid cane yesterday and today still no sugar coffee was bitter as heck. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP

I used to visit the dunkin in town but the coffee was never made consistent even though I ordered it the same everytime. I have to use almond milk, 1 time it’ll be made correctly then the next time it’s white like I’m drinking straight almond milk and then another time it’s like they barely even added almond milk it taste like straight coffee syrup. So I started visiting this dunkin and it was great for a little while yeah I have to drive 5 more miles but I’m willing to do so for the coffee to be made correctly then this last week its the same thing as the other dunkin. Each time it’s different. I don’t understand because I know there is measurements they are supposed to be using which clearly isn’t happening. I also noticed after they made my coffee the first time (I had to ask for it to be remade) they had 1/4 of the pitcher left and just rinsed it down the drain in the sink which also presents problem bc there’s supposed to be 4 pumps of syrup in my coffee but if 1/4 of it’s being thrown out that means I’m not getting the caffeine content I’m supposed to be. Idk if the 2nd time they made it they did the same thing because I went through the drive through but even the 2nd time I got the coffee it was still like drinking straight almond milk. I wasn’t asking for a remake AGAIN. It’s just frustrating paying 7 dollars for a drink and it’s not made correctly.

Can’t complain about the drive thru employee that took care of me. She was sweet and very pleasant, however, It bothered me a great deal to have ordered a Boston Cream Chocolate Donut and although was in a cute heart shaped it looked like they were in such a hurry that took a spoon and swiped a little bit of chocolate on top of the donut ! WTH!!!!!!

Every single time I come here this store is out of something. Yesterday I couldn’t get whip cream on my drink because they were out of that, today I couldn’t even get caramel because they were out of that. It’s always something with this store because whoever is managing that place is not ordering enough of the product. As a former manager of a fast food restaurant you should not be out of everything in your store it’s literally every single time I come here. I really am about to just stop coming to this dunkin because it’s every single time… GET BETTER MANAGEMENT

I usually prefer this Dunkin donuts, I drive the extra ten minutes to go there. Today I went there and not only was I being rushed for no reason. She kept saying rudely “anything else?!” And when I order a certain bagel she says snidely they don’t have any cutting me off from even saying toasted. She could have been more polite about it. I worked in food service for almost 8 years and 3 of them being a manager at fast food place and because of that I am extremely nice to everyone . I drove away before I could finish my order because of just the way she was treating me. I know everyone has a bad day but it was completely uncalled for

While on my way to my Aunt’s funeral I stopped and ordered coffee and water at the drive thru, only to realize that I left my wallet at home. The female team member who worked the drive thru was so kind and understanding. She gave me the coffee and water and said ” Don’t worry about it, you probably need this”, and she was right, I did! I can’t thank her enough. She made my day!
