First stop after crossing the border before visiting Niagara Falls Park. The staff were friendly, fast and efficient.
We got the Bonfire S’mores Frozen Coffee, a dark roast hot coffee, the sourdough breakfast sandwich and bacon-topped avocado toast. We loved it!
We also bought 2 packages of their 1lb ground coffee.

My husband and I bought a half-dozen donuts on Nov 25, 2025 at around 7 and 7:25 pm. Before we even opened the box, I changed my mind and wanted to replace one of them while we’re still inside the store. I went back to the counter and said “excuse me” several times, but received no response. A gentleman from the convenience side of the store eventually called her on a louder voice, and that’s when I realized she had been sitting just behind the wall near the cashier. I truly believe she heard me but chose to ignore me. When she finally came out, I politely asked if it was possible to replace one of the six donuts since the box hadn’t been opened. She responded by talking to herself in her own language, shaking her head, and it felt like she was cursing at me. She then handed me two donuts in a bag and walked away without any explanation. I was left confused, wondering if I had done something wrong. A simple “yes” or “no” would have been enough, and I would have understood if she explained the reason. Instead, her unpleasant attitude made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I ended up leaving the bag of donuts behind because I no longer felt good about the request. Every time we cross the border from Canada to the U.S., I look forward to visiting Dunkin’ Donuts because it’s one of our favorite stops. But this experience was truly disappointing. I believe Dunkin’ Donuts is known for good customer service, and I hope this employee receives the proper training, as her behavior was not appropriate for someone working directly with customers.

The service and friendliness were extremely poor. I ordered two half-dozens, but they were mixed together in one box, and one donut was packed incorrectly. When I asked for the receipt, they took it out of the trash and gave it to me. When I asked them to print a new one, they said it was not possible. They also implied that since most customers don’t ask for a receipt, I shouldn’t ask for one either. I found this very unpleasant.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts. I go there every day, but this particular location the staff is so nasty. I don’t understand why they are rude and disrespectful to their customers when simply asking for a napkin or ketchup, they need to do better.

He works so bloody hard!
Whenever I visit from Canada, I witness him single handedly take care of the drive thru and walk in customers without breaking a sweat.
It gets super busy and my guy handles it all.

Sabrina’s Strawberry Daydream Refresher is a very good Drink and I love it !!

It took me about a 15-minute walk from the Welcome Center. I can imagine it being quite challenging on a hot day since there isn’t much shade along the way.

A pit stop for my trip to buffalo, I got the new blueberry donut ice coffee and the watermelon donut. I also got the snackin bacons which is my fave.
This is inside a mini convenient store and I ordered in the tablet.
Got my order at a reasonable time, they did forget about my donut and I had to remind them. Also they don’t give napkins with my orders nor is it on the counter to grab. You have to ask for it.

Nice little location in a gas station with no drive thru. We were in and out. The egg wrap thing I got was pretty disappointing, it was tasty but tiny.
