We frequent this place regularly. We are about to be done coming in. The food orders have gone downhill with taste and quality. Our orders are frequently wrong. I’m tired of spending money for the wrong food and food that seems to be barely cooked.
I have called in before and the manager I spoke with was super polite and did help with a resolution.
But the service was short lived and went right back downhill.

Came in for coffee. Waiting well over 15 mins. Only seen 2 people working. Yes, 2 people. Very very busy time of the day. Sad to see. Kids looked extremely stressed. Felt awful for them. Someone dropped the ball on schedule perhaps.
Came back a second time, different time of day totally different day of the week. Same 2 people same exact situation. I did not have the spare time that day so I left. Please do better by your staff and your customers. I understand there are not too many with a work ethic or even a drive to show up..but you lose customer base when there is no consistency and most people have time crunch and can’t spare 20 mins for a coffee. Reward your staff that shows up by giving them the understanding that they will be supported when there is a staff shortage ( even if that means you yourself show up , roll up your sleeves in peak times)

I love this location for pretty much everything, but they are often closed before closing hours without any notes or anything like that. Went to order today at 6:15 and it was lights out! Im sorry but if yall cant stay open till seven change your hours or something of the sort.

The ladies were super nice and when my coupon wasn’t working from the app they honored it. I hope they don’t get trouble but I had to thank them.

Drive thru very slow. Ordered on the app 4 drinks and only got 3. Said something to the attendant and was told there was only three despite my order saying 4 and the labels on the cups saying x of 4.

Tiny Drive-through is always full, so I always park and walk in. But they give preference to drive-through and encourage people to back their cars up onto Main st. When I walk in, I usually wait at least 10 minutes. Today there were no donuts left except cinnamon rolls and munchkins. She said that’s all they have for the next hour. It was 8:45 AM. I asked for a small coffee with cream on the side. No creamers, they told me. Apparently they don’t place any orders. They don’t prepare any food and they’re not waiting on people in front of them and the garbage can was overflowing. If this was a one off, I probably wouldn’t write this review but it happens every time I go there. We need another coffee place to rely on. This is the worst- run location I’ve ever been to.

Got exactly what I ordered. Sometimes the drive through can be quite a wait so if you are in a hurry it may be in your best interest to go in and order if you don’t order ahead. The staff is really nice here. I have never encountered a rude person and they have been helpful with the app. The food and drinks are freshly made and delicious. I highly recommend this location.

Always great service. Window clerks are always nice and accommodating because my grandma likes a dome lid on her frozen coffee. My only gripe is my chai is sometimes only 3/4 full.
