No stars. Probably the worst Dunkin I have been to. Service incredibly slow, the cashier is very unprofessional. After waiting for several minutes we were told they were out of the everything bagel so we had to change our order. After finally receiving our order, there was a cheese wrapper in the sandwich and my sausage egg and cheese sandwich didn’t have cheese! The bagel bites were cold. The worst experience.

Used the drive thru for breakfast sandwich & donut. Several cars ahead of me, service was reasonably fast. Chatty staff when dealing with locals or regulars but overall pleasant. Sandwich was hot & cheese nicely melted. Only negative was that I ordered a frosted chocolate donut & when I opened the bag later found it was a plain donut with chocolate frosting. Need to remember to check the bag before driving away.

Horrible customer service waited for 10mins to order and all I got was sorry for your wait when the woman was wiping down the counter there was no one in the drive thru, I couldn’t wait any longer for service since I had horses in the trailer waiting in high heat temperature.
