The staff at this Dunkin is always positive and upbeat. My order is always ready quickly and accurately. Sometimes they are out of the donut I ordered ahead of time through the app and they are actually apologetic and instead of the “too bad, live with it” attitude you get from most fast food employees these days. It’s always a pleasure to go to this Dunkin on Market Street. Liz is my favorite employee but they are all great!

l think they may have to hire a few more people. 1 person seemed to be the only one working at one of the ( what seemed to be) a pretty busy time. It took forever to get the coffee and it was Luke warm at best. It was awful.
