We did self-service, but it didn’t tell staff what we wanted besides the drinks. It also let us order donuts that they never sell at this location. The donuts were tasteless. The coffee, as usual, was awesome.

I ordered online at 7:30 and when I got there at 7:40 the doors were locked and the workers were yelling at me that they were closed and to leave, meanwhile I placed my order online and it was already paid for, also they close at 8pm, now I understand it was a little bit to close to close, the manager i believe let me in and made the drinks I ordered but the whole time the employees were complaining and yelling the whole time throwing things around, threatening me telling me not to order if I know they close at 8, I was just trying to get some caffeine for work! Definitely never wasting my money there ever again!

Yesterday I ordered a large cappuccino and what I got was not a cappuccino. If it didn’t take forever for my order and it wasn’t so busy I would have gone back to complain. I understand there is a shortage of capable employees at the moment but my order was insanely simple. (large plain cappuccino) I’m no barista but I have owned a expresso maker and have an admiration for coffee. I know what a cappuccino should be and this was not it. What I received yesterday was expresso in a cup of foam. There was no milk or all the milk was turned to foam. I knew something was wrong right away when my cup weighed nothing. I did set it back down while I waited for someone to comeback to the counter. I decided last minute not to say anything after verifying that said drink was my order and was infact ready. I honestly don’t expect much from Dunkin anymore but this was less than acceptable for a drink that cost a little over $5. I ended up fixing it myself by adding some warm milk. The drink was very good and fresh it was just missing most of the drink. The milk which is what makes up most of a cappuccino.

Fast service, correct order! When they ran out of a key ingredient they gave me that cup for free. I had an excessively large order for ten plus people and they served me quickly. No complaints at all about this location and it’s staff.

I’ve tried to give this place a chance but it hasn’t gotten any better. Without typing a huge essay of all their shortcomings the wait time is consistently very long and my order almost always gets messed up. I order a simple sandwich, 2eggs, sausage with no cheese…that’s it. Two stars because the employees are at least half way decent besides the guy that left me sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes, let me order then decided to let me know they couldn’t serve food that day.
