My recent visits to Dunkin left me quite disappointed with the overall service quality. It’s evident that there are some organizational issues that need attention from the management. One glaring concern is the lack of balanced attention between drive-thru orders and walk-ins/mobile orders. On each visit, I noticed that a majority of the staff (3-4 employees) were dedicated to serving drive-thru customers, while only one employee (or sometimes none) was catering to those who walked in or placed mobile orders. This imbalance creates frustration and longer wait times for customers who opt for walk-in or mobile ordering.

I like this place, coffee is always fresh and never have an issue with the food. My one complain is the parking lot. Its very hectic when busy. No clear lanes its just one giant mess.

Service has been super slow for a couple of months now. It’s obvious you’re short staffed. My beverage order has been incorrect a couple of times now, but it has been so busy that I didn’t request my drinks be fixed due to the already long wait time.

This dunkins is a hit or a miss on flavor (I literally reorder the samething) the people are nice but over worked and short staffed 90% of the time.. and even with a mobile order 15m before arrival it will never be done and I’m late for work.. (I know preplan)

I’ve been here several times and find that it’s much better than the one located on Black River Blvd in Rome. The traffic flow, location and even bldg size is much better. Service was quick. I just wish that the donuts were warm or made on site. But I understand that doing that can open up a whole new set of issues. The staff were great
