The teens working the counter need to pay more attention to the customers and stop trying to eavesdrop on conversations amongst other employees. Manager is very rude and condescending. Nothing about my order was correct. Manager mouthed off because of my perceived attitude.
Thankfully, I don’t pass through here often and next time I do I’ll be sure to skip this Dunkin. My hope is corporate sees these negative reviews and realizes there’s a problem with the way this store is managed.

horrible experience, ordered a sandwich and iced coffee. After paying, was given the coffee and told to park to the side and someone would come out to give me my food. I waited for 15 minutes and watched the door to wait for a worker to come out, no one ever did (when they did, I was going to come out and meet them halfway because its cold outside). After seeing around 20 cars leave through the drive thru, I decided to go back through the drive thru again, and was told a worker was looking for me (no one ever came out at all that whole time). I keep going through this all the time, and im tired of it. I would advise to park and just go inside the store if you’re getting more than a coffee.

My wife orders from here frequently and once in a while I will get something too. 9 times out of 10 whatever I order will be missing and ingredient, missing completely, the complete wrong item, over cooked, under cooked, or not even available.
I have never tried to order something from somewhere and been consistently disappointed by any other restaurant as much as this place.

I went through the drive-through there was absolutely no line and I paid for my order at the window and then got asked to move to a parking space and all I got was that was a iced coffee. I waited over five minutes for an iced coffee.

The girl who gave us our drinks was very cold. She didn’t seem like she enjoys her job at all and when asked to fix the order she gave a little attitude. One of the drinks we ordered The frozen chocolate taste like just straight milk no color and no flavor.

Management yells at employees in front of customers. Very unprofessional and makes the environment uncomfortable to be in. Chances are you’ll be pulled in the parking lot and wait 15 minutes for food because the timer is more important than serving customers.
