I went inside to get 3 basic medium hot coffees as the drive thru line was out to route 5. There were 5 people working. Nobody acknowledged me at the counter so I could place my order, so I had to use the kiosk. The employees were all focused on drive thru / door dash orders. One employee kept coughing while preparing all the beverages. She should have excused herself from service or put a mask on. Service lacks in the establishment.

Customer service genuinely sucks here Today at around 3:45 whoever was working the drive through was so rude. Like it was unnecessary. Girlie if you see this, I hope you become a happier person because it must be sad to be so miserable all the time. If I’ve learned anything from this experience, my advice is just take the couple extra miles and go to the Dunkin in Vernon.

I ordered hot chocolate for the first time in forever because dunkin used to be so chocolaty and delicious, boy was I and my kids disappointed after a day of trunk or treating in the cold and rain. It was basically water. Hot water at that. It was gross and I’m disappointed I wasted money I didnt have to treat everyone and it failed.

Avoid this place in the morning!! Dirty and unkempt. First thing in the morning, so it’s not like this was after a huge rush. The WORST customer service in Oneida. 15 minutes for one coffee and one unheated bakery item. Prior to ordering, there was no acknowledgment that I was in the store. Girl was wiping counters down, then I think she’s mumbled that she’d be right with me, but I’m not sure since she kept her back to me. They have more staff than other stores, yet run less efficiently than probably every Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve never seen so much emphasis placed on getting Drive Thru orders out the window, yet still have a line out into the road.

I would give it a ZERO if I could. I picked up a mobile order of my daughters. Missing a sandwich. Before leaving window, I asked if I had everything, they said yes. I drove 15 minutes back, asked for 3 donuts for my time & gas, said I could have donuts or sandwich! Never be back again.

I would like to say this not only to the onieda dunkin donuts but all of them. Please change your cups. I know you went cheap and went to all paper however now when ever I get a coffee from any dunkin it leaks all over the place and spills in the car or on me. Everytime I get a coffee which is quite often.

Seems chaotic lately in there. People shouting out orders yet they are trying to follow the slips the machine is putting out. My walk in mobile order is a at the drive thru lately so you have to wait and get someone’s attention. Today was more of the same but oh so messy. Managers need to step up and help train these folks.

Everytime I order a croissant they give me a bagel. I honestly don’t think they know the difference! Not to mention the bagel was burnt…they use to be a really good Dunkin now the employees just lean over the counter and watch

I just went in to pick up my mobile order and I check it b4 leaving I’m missing two orders of chocolate munchkins and two of the three hash browns I ordered so I bring it to the attention of the young lady working at the front she has another person grab the munchkins and brings it to the attention of the person in the back making food and then I hear cry babies it’s all in the bag so I pull it all out to show them and she storms off to make me two more orders of hashbrowns then when I’m leaving I ask for her name and from her “I don’t have one “ and from the other girl at the front “ i don’t know her name I’m new “ and when asked for a manager “we don’t have one”. Lights where off inside even tho the dinning room was open I frequently come to this Dunkin and service has been getting worse and worse over the last couple years there was 3 people working inside and 2 people in the drive thru and only myself with a mobile order in the dining room shouldn’t of been that hard to get my order
