I ordered half dozen donuts, only asked for 1 to be old fashioned for a toddler who likes to make messes was trying to avoid that I then said surprise me on the other 5. Well I sure was surprised when I opened the box. I do not like these I will not eat them I am super upset next time I will specify but I’ve done this before and never had this issue I feel it was lazy

The lady who took our order was very rude and when I got home she had messed up our order it was a med ice coffee brown surger cookie 2 shots of half and half. When I got home she gave us half decaf half regular. When I called she said I was wrong that I said I wanted half and half coffee and she offered to remake my coffee but I live 15 min away and she wanted me to bring the messed up coffee back. The service was so horrible very upsetting

5 minutes to order at the drive threw waited 7 minutes at the cash out window for 1 coffee while three employees stood in. A circle and were talking , coffee was wrong and the young lady was very rude .

Friendly staff. The gentleman who helped me was very pleasant. Their matcha lattes are really good a bit sweet but still really tasty. Love the French Crullers as well.

Workers refused to acknowledge the line of customers inside. Instead they stood gossiping about their hookups. I would’ve included names but the workers had no name tags. After repeated hellos from the line, a darker skinned female with short hair finally attended to us with an attitude.
