I ordered: two roasted chicken and pepper wraps, and a butter peacan latte with sugar. I got:
A pumpkin spice coffee that was probably someone else’s order, and the wraps were cold in the center(there is a review from 3 months ago saying the same, I guess they did absolutely nothing about it). I would recommend other Dunkin’s in the area besides this one.

This is their pathetic excuse for a fulfilled medium dunkalatte…. FULL!!!??? Not even close. Why am I paying almost $6 for a speciality drink that is a luxury and I don’t even get a full cup?! Ridiculous. Even talked to the employees at the window and was just given an excuse instead of filling my cup or at least charging me for the small they delivered…. Very disappointed

One of the several Dunkin’ locations in Oswego. Not sure why they really need all these locations in a small city like Oswego, but here we are. It’s fine, but I do wish there was more competition for drive-thru coffee shops here.
