This is one of the best Dunkins in the area. I’ve had good experiences every time and most of the staff members are very friendly. Plus, they always give my dog a munchkin if he’s in the car with me! 🙂 Def recommend.

I give the staff 5 stars however something has gone wrong with the coffee. It is bitter and no longer enjoyable. I did tell the manager and she said no one else has complained. I go to Dunkin on 57 near Flamingo Bowling and the coffee is perfect every time and so is the staff!!

This location has never done us wrong. They make it right almost every time and even when they don’t they are more than happy to fix it. Everyone here has always been nice and we’ve never encountered any issues. I love dunkin but not all locations, it’s about the people and these people do it right.

This location is the worst one around. Employees are ALWAYS rude, they are even worse if you call them out for charging you for a bigger size than what they hand you at the window, or charge you for non dairy items and you can’t even taste them over the horrible coffee they brew. This morning I ordered a large with almond milk and was handed a medium and was met with an eye roll when I asked for the large I was being charged for. I watched him dump my order into a large iced cup and just put more ice into the cup leaving me with watery burnt coffee with maybe one pump of swirl and a small splash of almond milk. The only constant thing with this location is their food is typically decent. Horrible location it’s always hard to get in or out. I’d recommend just making your own coffee and cutting your losses.
