My experience was wonderful on my visit 10/14/25. My b’fast egg sandwich was prepared nicely, tasted fresh nd was hot. One employee whose name I 4get was kind 2me after I left out an added cost ingredient for my iced coffee. Albeit, that’s good customer service. Of particular note as I was happy to add to my initial, I encountered superior customer friendly service via Monica who was gracious enough to reach for a specific muffin I had eyes on. Thus, it appears all around that customer service here is held in high value. Greatly appreciated.

Update 9/16/24: I have ordered a coffee since and didn’t have any issues with the cups.
Please check the integrity of your coffee cups. The medium cup I received was leaking from the bottom. It did not appear to have any reasonable issue except maybe the glue broke down at the base with the hot beverage. I am just concerned anyone else might be getting hot beverage dripped on them while in their car. I tried to call so I didn’t have to leave a negative review, but there was no answer.

Worst service I’ve EVER received from a Dunkin in over 30 years of patronage!!! I ordered the brisket hash brown breakfast cup thing. The girl at the drive thru acted like talking to me was beneath her. She stared at the cash I handed her like I just gave her Monopoly money, and barely wanted to hand me my change. When I got into my office I opened my breakfast to find what looked like it was not finished, only had hash browns, every little egg, almost no meat and no cheese. I was disappointed with what I paid for so I called the store. The girl from the drive thru answered and said she was the manager- when I asked her name she hung up on me. I called back and the person I spoke to said she was the manager- and she insisted my food was made correctly because SHE made it… like I have nothing better to do with my day than to call restaurants lying about something I paid for!!! Anyway she told me if I bright my food back she would remake it! I am at work, I don’t have time to leave my office and bring it back. If they don’t want to serve black people just say that then! Cause I was handled like a lying thief, over something they did wrong! This was by far the worst representation of the quality service and care I’ve come to know as Dunkin. For what it’s worth- don’t go here- find another location. Pls see the photo I took when I opened my breakfast! I hadn’t touched it at all. This is not what I paid for!!! That’s for robbing me and calling me a liar!

i just witnessed a girl come up to the counter and complain about her cheese being freezing cold. not to mention she said that this was her second time going up there because of the cheese. they had already remade it for her and clearly didn’t warm it up like she asked. the workers proceeded to tell her that that’s how the cheese is supposed to be. with a nasty attitude. as a frequent customer at dunkin i know that the cheese is in fact not supposed to be cold. it’s actually supposed to be melted onto the egg. this poor girl started to cry and her whole family got up and walked out. it was extremely rude, and horrible customer service. had i been talked to that way by the workers things would’ve went way different.

This place is habitually slow. The drive thru line is always backed up and you can sit at the speaker and wait 2-3 minutes per customer ahead of you. I don’t know if it’s a combination of never scheduling enough people or poor process for keeping things moving or maybe both.
I travel a lot for work and I’m used to busy Dunkins during rush hour but I never wait this long in even longer lines than what I wait here with shorter times.

I went to the 7th North Street Syracuse, NY location for my first time today due to there not being any other local coffee shops or bagel shops in the area. I ordered a bagel, toasted with butter. The young girl working the drive thru window didn’t greet nor ask if I wanted a receipt, just stared at me blankly with no emotion. After receiving my bagel, I took one bite and it tasted like rubber. I went back through the drive thru to order a replacement and when I approached the second window to receive it I asked the same young girl working there if the bagel was days old and she ignored my question and tried closing the window, I then repeated myself and she didn’t answer me. She didn’t apologize for the disgusting bagel, neither did management or a supervisor, and she ignored my question again but instead replied, “ok, are you all done?” Then smiled an immature, “kill the customer with kindness smile.” This location should hire people with customer service skills and should throw away day to days old food and give customers fresh food. Won’t be returning and won’t be going to any other Dunkin locations either.

Best Dunkin in the area imho,…the staff is amazing and remembers you and your order 95% of the time and engages in conversation without slowing down filling orders or disrupting the flow of the drive thru. Always fresh coffee (alot of other dunkins have given me coffee with grounds in the bottom of the cup which is disgusting ) I highly recommend this location!

I ordered a veggie egg white omelette through Uber eats to be delivered.
And I got meat in it!!!! I can’t and I won’t eat meat!!! The meat literally touched everything I couldn’t eat it and they won’t give me a refund.
That was my breakfast. I ordered coffee and a breakfast.
I can make coffee in my hotel room, I was mainly ordering for the breakfast and I couldn’t even eat it.
