This has always been my favorite Dunkin in town. However, the last couple of months my coffee experience has been hit or miss. I go there almost daily and I always get the same coffee usually, most of them know me just by what I order, which obviously means I have a bit of an addiction to their coffee lol. But like I said, lately it’s been hit or miss, sometimes my coffee is on point and sometimes it is not. In the last 2 weeks alone I’ve had to go back after I leave the drive thru to get a 3 times for a new coffee and one time I went back for a new refresher, because they simply just do not taste good. I don’t like to complain or have to go back because I do really love this dunkin and the people who work there. They are always super friendly to me and again they see me a lot lol. So whatever is going on there, whether it be the newer employees working there or whatnot, can you please try to be better about being consistent with my coffee, I really don’t want to have to go to another dunkin like I’ve been thinking about doing. I’ll change my rating when start to see and taste the changes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was informed when I ordered at the drive thru that “of course” they could change a hundred, as I asked. Only to get to the window and be denied my order because they in fact could NOT change a $100. My wife use to work there and there’s a reason she left and it’s the same reason I haven’t been in years and wont be back again. Real good team communication. And how the H can’t they cash a big bill? Pathetic! Shut that place right down, we have two others!

Smelled like burnt coffee as soon as I walked in. I had just finished purchasing a queen bed at the mattress place and was letting my husband know I was ready to come home, he suggested we meet at Dunkin for cocoa. Decided to make an important phone call while I waited over by the couch area. Then, the guy way over behind the counter rudely interrupted my call to ask if I was buying something. I had only been in there a few minutes, I don’t appreciate being treated like I’m loitering just because I wanted to wait for my husband to get there before ordering! Why tf would I be in there if I wasn’t buying something? I went outside since I clearly wasn’t welcome, and when my husband showed up not even 3 minutes later I told him they were rude af in there and I wanted to go somewhere else Will never go there again, literally no customer service whatsoever.

Ordered on the app (9:30am) and got some donut holes, chose the jam filled, powdered, and glazed ones. Went to pick up and was told they didn’t have the ones I wanted so it’s just regular assorted, okay. But 7 plain and 3 chocolate glazed isn’t all that assorted.
