The next day I went back to the same Dunkin and I waited a very long time for my coffee but you could tell they were short staffed It was a Friday and everyone and their brother were getting coffee. Marissa was there keeping a positive attitude, encouraging her co-workers and trying her very hardest to get people out the door with their coffee.
Marissa deserves not only a raise, but a promotion to management. She has what it takes to keep the ball going during stressful times. Dunking Donuts it very blessed to have her as an employee.

Poor employee service last visit. Went into restaurant and waited ten minutes and no one came to take my order. Ordered thru kiosk to be told that they were not able to make frozen coffees at that time. (Which could’ve been easily communicated had they just come taken my order themselves). Employee made ice coffees instead which were honestly really good but did not make up price difference from frozen coffees. Originally did not want to write a review and chalk it up to learning lesson but this time I had to wait a little again for someone to take order and then bit into an underbaked muffin.
They only gave me the large hot
And a hot small and no doughnut. All after being in line for 40 minutes really sucks
Never get my coffee the same as I order it the same everyday!
Eventually, I was informed that the item I ordered was out of stock. Although I was offered substitutions, I declined and requested a refund. I was told, “I don’t know how to do that since you used the kiosk,” which was both unhelpful and frustrating.
Only two employees were present, and the food prep area was visibly dirty. One employee who handled my complaint proceeded to make a sandwich using the same gloves they had just used on the register—without changing them. I was appalled by this food safety violation. I took the food but ultimately threw it out, as I didn’t feel safe eating it.
While your location is beautifully designed, the customer service and sanitation standards I witnessed were severely lacking. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to prevent similar experiences for future customers.
