I go to this Dunkin every morning before work. I order in the app and my coffee is always ready when I get there. It is always made right, which isn’t always the case at other Dunkins. Kari and the rest of the staff are great!

App made me drive 20 minutes out of my way to a different dunkin (this one) and when I finally got there my order wasn’t even ready. When it was ready it wasn’t in the mobile section, so I had to look through all the orders for my name. The food was cold even though they put it out after I got there, and they had literally thrown everything into the bag, so it was all mixed together in the bottom. And to top it all off, I had ordered only jelly and glazed and they gave me an assortment. Now I’m late to work l and I don’t have breakfast, the other stuff was for someone else. The coffee was good though.
