I didn’t realize that if you come to this location, you can get flavored ice. I had been here twice and ordered the new matcha latte with ice. I had previously got medium sized drinks, and the ratio of product to ice was horrible. I think I was able to get 3 full drinks from it. So I ordered a large today with less ice, not even zero ice. I thought for sure, nice, I can finally have a good amount to drink. I wish I had the picture to post on here, my large drink was literally filled just past the halfway mark. I know you guys have to balance out the ice and the product, but this was unacceptable. Next time can I just order a full cup of ice and some matcha flavoring, that is basically what you sold me.

I am a repeat customer to the Dryden DD. Everytime I order donuts they are so very fresh. They melt in my mouth. I always get a chocolate milkshake. It couldn’t be made any better. I love the staff. They are very personable. It’s a great place to go to!

Order from here at least 3 times a week if not more, lately the quality has really began to slip. I have severe lactose issues and I’m constantly given normal milk over oat, the staff is either hit or miss with their attitude (some are very kind while others are incredibly rude). Came in this morning for food and coffee before work, while standing there I heard the employees talking about my order saying I was dumb for getting no ice and that it’s “annoying so many people are getting cold brew”. I really enjoy having a Dunkin’ so close to my house but I’d rather drive to Starbucks then be called dumb for not wanting ice in my drink.
