Visited this place after the bad experience at the IHOP across the road. Fantastic crew. Service was fast and the food was great. Grabbed a breakfast sandwich and a salted Carmel cold brew. Best cold brew I’ve had, hands down.

Senscovid this place is toilet bold. It takes forever to get your items. Period and they tend 2 over pour on the cream, I think the calibration is off on their machines.They need to get somebody in there that can get. these people working faster. Really need to get some older people in the with work ethics to teach these people how to work. You should not have to wait in line 10 to 12 minutes to pick up your order.

This Dunkin is probably the least busy in the area. That is a big plus! As far as food quality goes, it is the typical Dunkin, so it is good. However, my sandwich was lukewarm. Service is and has always been outstanding.

I love this location I do, it’s just when I ask for mocha in my frozen coffee with whipped cream they make it good but not eye catching. By eye catching I mean they don’t have it so mocha is visible on the inside of the cup or a little drizzle on the whipped cream.

I’ve been to Dunkin donut establishments all up and down the east coast. Nobody beats this one. The staff are always friendly, the coffee always made just right. I can’t say enough good things about the environment of this place. I go every day, and this one will always be my favorite one to go to.

My husband and I have been to multiple Dunkin Donuts, and none are perfect, but some are better than others. This Dunkin is notorious for being slow. We see the same employees time and time again so them being new is definitely not the reason. Today really took the cake though. I ordered ahead to try and lessen some of the wait time. I submitted my order as we pulled in. There were 2 cars at the window, and one at the speaker. We waited for a total of 18 minutes, and when we got to the window, to see the same veteran workers, our drinks hadn’t even been made yet. Another 3 minutes for them to make the coffees, that tasted like water with cream and light sweetener. No apology for the wait, no urgency, no pep in the step…… just horrible service and horrible coffee. Thanks for taking my money, yet again, for sub-par customer service.

Lets be real for a minute folks, my wife went in for two donuts for me and a coffee like we do on occasion, however today was horrible. Why pay so much for a product that is not baked fresh at location and taste like it’s been frozen and then thawed out. I know donuts are trucked in everyday from the warehouse but can you order fresh donuts? Not having customers feel like they just ate something made back in the 80’s and pay premium prices.
