The new tables and set up is so much nicer. Even feels cleaner.
Amanda is the BEST!! She is ALWAYS so nice. Always polite and professional. She always ensures my drinks are made to perfection. She is just…great! Whenever I walk in there and see that she is there…I KNOW my drinks will be made on point and that I will be happy with their service..
I really appreciate her. She helps my day to start off well ..and THAT is priceless.
They were polite and quick, even tho slammed busy.

The 1st breakfast sandwich was inedible and was hard as a rock. Couldn’t even bite into it. The replacement sandwich had an ice cold egg in it – again inedible. The 3rd attempt was properly prepared. Staff was grumpy and non communicative. They slammed the drive thru window shut.

Microwaved bagels with cream cheese dripping out of it. Coffee is NEVER good. Sad since it’s right across the road from us but I won’t waste my money at this location again.

I was visiting family in Plattsburgh from Ga,and was looking forward to a good Cup of D&D to start my long journey back to Ga. 6am,The drive thru was busy. I waited im sure over 10 mins.. the two girls working very hard serving drive thru,two others two walking past me like I was invisible. Very disappointed.

The service I recieved today was a bit uncalled for in my opinion. The girl working the drive thru was not only complaining about her job and others performance with the window open but she practically shoved my drink at me, just threw the donut for my child In the bag and was rude when giving me back my card after payment. I quote in her words “There you go” in a cranky annoyed tone. I understand that some people have “off days” but don’t take it out on a paying customer.

Well went in to order different donuts. Understand flies in the facility. But to have flies land on the donuts is very unsanitary. There were no covers over the donuts or window doors to keep the flying insects out. Service was quick, staff was friendly. I just did not like the flies on my food.
