Our family loves this location, specifically the morning crew! We come to this location M-W and see Marissa, she is always bubbly and cheerful! She takes care of the regulars and its very much appreciated when you get over the top customer service. Keep doing what you do morning crew !!

The staff here are very friendly and pleasant, however, I have a wrong, missing, or completely incorrectly made item almost every time I go here. I understand they often experience staffing issues, and the employees are trying their hardest and fastest. The service speed is never an issue. But when my order is wrong nearly every single time I go there, why would I keep going? There needs to be a serious intervention by corporate to help with employee training and overall improve the performance there, including hiring more staff. I regularly have to wait 20 minutes in the drive through, not get my order correct, and have to walk inside to wait on a 10 minute line at order pickup to fix my order.

Ive never had any issues at this location, usually everyone is nice and service is quick but today I went in with my boyfriend and when he tried to order a medium midnight hot coffee the woman told us “we don’t have it, its expired” so my boyfriends said “you don’t have any at all?” To which she replied “no we dont”. So we assumed that meant they didn’t have any midnight coffee at all. I was confused so I googled what she meant by “expired” and that just means youre supposed to brew a new pot so I said “did you just not want to brew a new one” and she said ” well we can but we don’t do midnight coffee often so..” and she walked away. I don’t like to complain aboutngood service workers but why act like you don’t have the coffee at all when you could have simply brewed a new pot. We went to the location in Hudson Falls on Broadway and they made a new pot with no problem at all.

This is the most poorly run Dunkin in our area which is very sad because it has a great location and a beautiful store. The management team doesn’t seem to care about their staff here as there is always a new face probably from the evident lack of leadership and pride in their work environment. The store is always packed because of staffing issues and usually because new employees are left to their own devices far too soon. I’ve been going to this location for a long time as I always try to overlook the inconvenience and inconsistent service – truly this location needs severe intervention to get back on the right track. Until then I will certainly not be returning.

​I strongly recommend avoiding the drive-thru at this location. While placing an order, my friend—who is 83 years old—was subjected to shocking and unprovoked verbal abuse from a staff member.
​The employee became extremely hostile and actually called my elderly friend a “douchebag” for no apparent reason. I witnessed the entire exchange.
​The complete disrespect shown to an elderly customer is appalling and makes this one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experiences I have ever had. The employee’s behavior was unprofessional, offensive, and completely unacceptable. Corporate needs to address this immediately. This happened 10/16/25 around or about Time: Approx. 3:45 P.M.

I stopped in at 745 tonight for a coffee and they were already breaking equipment down and couldn’t serve an iced coffee. If the hours say they close at 8pm then patrons should be able to get served at 745. We got off the interstate and wasted time just to find them closing early. Not happy! Owner needs to get a grip on this!

This is the most inconsistent Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I order the same drink every time & its always different.
Food portions don’t match other Dunkin restaurants in the area.
I’ve seen employees face time their friends while behind the counter, customers with their gaming consol and monitor set up like they just moved in… it’s just a mess.
