I’ve never experienced such rude service from a variety of different people at one place. I come here 2-3x a week because of the convenience. My order is usually right so no complaints there however no matter what worker takes my order they ALWAYS have an attitude like they don’t want to be there. They never say good morning, when I say thank you they never say you’re welcome or have a good day. It’s always “what can I get you?” In a snotty tone and that’s it. ♀️ not a good start to my morning

This Dunkin’ donuts will not give you the refill price when they refill your cup. The manager here her name starts with a v instructs all her employees to steal from customers by overcharging them. When I instructed them that it was a refill and I should be charged the refill price. That’s why I purchased the cups, the employee told me her manager who has like a Polish name that starts with the v tells all of the employees there to charge regular price. This is poor customer service!! The nicest person there was the guy that was sweeping the floor.

We stopped there on our way home to TN, we were greeted with a slight attitude, and it felt like she did not want to be there working. I tried a little humor and being super polite and gracious to see if I could make her smile, but no luck. Hopes he was just having a bad day. My coffee and bagel were delicious, and I want to add the bathrooms we’re very clean.

I ordered a plain bagel with extra cream cheese, lightly toasted, and cut in half. They charged me $5.39, never toasted it, and didn’t cut it in half. For the prices we pay we should certainly at least get it the way we ordered it!

Great coffee but they messed both our sausage egg and cheese sandwich and chorizo wrap. There was no sausage in the sandwich (which they fixed by taking back the sandwich and adding the sausage). The wrap was partially cold and not heated properly. On top of that, the men’s room had no running water.

The design here is a mess.. parking is such a hassle, very limited seating inside and all clear glass walls so not a good spot if you want to sit and have your coffee or get some work done. Also there is a really beautiful creek/view behind the building , a missed opportunity when designing this building .

Inside always looks clean, and the staff is usually friendly, the only struggle I ever have is the parking lot/drive thru is a little awkward. Try to use the drive thru or park closer to the exit or you might find yourself stuck there for a while.

Should have stayed at the old location across the street. Can’t park to go inside because you can’t get back out due to the drive-thru line. Very poor parking lot design. Drive-thru is tight going around the building as existing traffic has to go through there also.

Your basic Dunkin’ with a drive thru and good service. Staff are polite and friendly. Food does take a little time to be served, so be patient in the morning. The store is very clean and there is plenty parking spots.
