Hands-down my favorite Dunkin’ in Sullivan County. Beverages and food are always fresh, tasty, and consistent, and wait time is almost always short, even during the busiest times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Janine especially, always goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Out of five local Dunkin’ locations, this is the only one that I can count on for a perfect hot vanilla chai every time!

The guy at the window berades me because I didn’t let him know at the speaker that I had a mobile order…

Why are there 2 lanes then? One for the drive thru and one for mobile orders that merges in after said speaker? I was just following the clearly marked signs and merged into the lane many times before.

Garbage service. No wonder why I never go here.

I have been getting a large coffee: 6 vanilla bean cool syrup, 6 equal and 6 cream for years. The last few months, the coffee is bitter, not sweet the way i love. I know they aren’t doing what I ask and it’s unfortunate because I was buying 4 a day. No longer going there. How can a coffee place not get the one thing right I ask for every day??? Sad because I love supporting businesses in my area.

I just picked up my to-go order from doordash and I dealt with the most sour customer service representative for this establishment that I have ever seen. She was an older woman in her late 50s or 60s with blonde hair and glasses and all the personality of an angry wet Rock. I did ask her a question in regards to my to-go order because I have come to this establishment before and sometimes they forget to put my to go order forward so I asked her if the to-go order that was hiding behind the pickup space was mine, because it’s happened to me before at this establishment where they forget to put my to-go order in the to-go area. The Dunkin Donuts representative very rudely said it’s not ready yet. Then when it was ready she slid my bag across the counter and said nothing to me other than your order and when I said I hope you have a good day she turned her back on me and said nothing. Rude customer service an individuals such as that should not be in this industry. I’ve worked customer service for 28 years of my life and I would never treat a customer that way. I understand that people don’t want to work long hours and in chaotic environments but being that this woman is of a more mature age she should know better and should set the example for customer service for her fellow employees. I used to come to this establishment every morning every day I work, which is 6 days a week. Because of rude people like her I don’t want to go to your establishment at all.
Do better for the sake of your business because people with that work attitude will ruin it.

This is the only local coffee spot so to say that should be a quick stop. Every time I stop (which used to be everyday) there is an issue. One time they had no donuts and the latte machine wasn’t working. Most of the time they’re out of the food items I order (because management can’t seem to order enough for the amount of sales volume they have). Another time they had no food items because the toaster wasn’t working. Management seems to be non existent and the crew is suffering from that. Today I received an Avocado toast with bacon and they weren’t prepared or didn’t take the time to prepare it correctly. (Modt of the time they forget the bacon.

Been going there for as long as I can remember. Recently the newer staff have huge attitude problems, never say thank you or your welcome back to you and barely put their arm out the window so I have to jump out of my window to try and reach it. The coffee I go there for twice a day is enver made right anymore but the tag is correct so it’s just pure laziness. I am about done going there.

The place has expanded and has now added a drive thru. But it in my opinion is poorly organized and run. The line at the drive thru is constantly wrapped around building. There is so much space inside but a small fraction is used for taking orders. Gone are the racks of assorted donuts. They are limited to a small glass case. Most everyone orders fancy coffees, but if you order a simple black coffee (which the order taker can simply pour into a cup, cover it and turn around and give to you) a process that may take 7 seconds? You have to wait. They should take a page from Macdonald’s maybe a second window? And 2 teams of cashiers, etc.

The workers are very considered and polite, the place is very easy in and out, 15 designated car parking, have 7 clean tables, wifi, can seat relax refrash then continue to your destinations, corner of 211 st and buzy jamaica ave Quees village.
