Absolutely terrible service. My order was simple, a bagel with butter and a large Coca mocha signature latte hot. I got a bagel that was dry, and when they brought me my drink, it was a large frozen. I politely said I ordered it hot. The server asked me to pull around to the front which I did. I waited for 10 minutes. And he brings me out a small mess. I tell him I ordered a large, clearly states on the sticker large order, he rolls, his eyes huffs and puffs, and starts to walk back in, I say, forget it I don’t have time to wait, and I take the drink. Absolutely terrible service.

Exceptionally friendly and competent cashier, who even guessed the name of an item which I had been asked to buy. Rectangular lay-out, with entrances on both far ends. Attractively displayed merchandise and clean location. Paved parking lot in rear.

I stopped by for a coffee and donuts and was denied access to the bathroom. Counter person said they were tired of cleaning up after “dirty customers”. Um, wow, but I guess my money isn’t too dirty? I look forward to EverReady Coffee opening up the street. They are known for great coffee and customer service. Dunkin lost a customer.

honestly, done. wish i could give no stars at this point. This place NEEDS to be replaced by something better because ever since I graduated this place has continued to decline. stopped going back one year bc a new kid served me a literal FROZEn egg on my bec. Tried to give them one more chance today and someone who i knoww has been working there for yearss served me my bec barely warm. They do not care for your order. Simply there for the pay. Ordered via mobile a dozen donuts, bagel with egg and I received 8 donuts and a croissant, they never mentioned they short changed me even though I paid in full. Another time I was also not given the entire order and the clerk had the nerve to ask if I wanted a refund…Ofcourse I want a refund you didn’t give me my order. ♀️ the place needs a manager – I’ve never seen a manager there just students.

Driving through here on my way to Canada. Came to this Dunkin a year ago, food was ok, bathrooms were closed. Came here now, a year later, bathrooms are still not working. Management seems to not care. Also this time in the middle of the day they didn’t have tomatoes or avocados for sandwiches. Definitely avoiding this place next time.

My wife was at the dentist next door. I went over to get us lunch for when she got out. The door was locked and all stickers (hours, delivery service, cards etc.) were gone. Not sure if they’re still there.

I placed my coffee order on the mobile app. Once I went to pick it up my order hadn’t been made at all. They’d ran out of oatmilk and didn’t notify me until I asked them where my order was. The person preparing my drink was literally eating a bagel while doing so. That is completely unsanitary especially and gross. The place looked like it hadn’t been kept up throughout the day. It was just an annoying experience. Don’t even waste your time at this location.

Just stopped here for two hot chocolates at 6:53 before we went to the light show and the boy refused us saying they close at 7 and he couldn’t make us any drinks. We pushed the issue and then he said he didn’t want to recount the drawer even though we were there before closing. Will literally never visit another Dunkin’ Donuts and he should be fired.
