Ordered the Sweet Pepper Bacon (just the bacon) around late morning. The flavor was extremely greasy and overly sweet, and the bacon tasted like it had been sitting or reheated too long. Within a short time, it caused significant stomach discomfort. I’ve eaten similar items elsewhere without issue, so this felt like a preparation or quality-control problem rather than a personal sensitivity. Disappointing experience.

It was two girls working that were extremely unprofessional completely forgot about somebody at the window and forgot our food and were just cursing and making fun of how long they were taking in front of us. Really disappointed in the lack of customer service, etiquette, and professionalism. They also continued to do unsanitary things like dropping things on the floor and just picking them back up not washing the item or their hands.

I have stopped here a few times and they wouldn’t make my drink the best at first. They have gotten soo much better. My last three drinks they made have been great. The staff is great too, very nice & quick which is appreciated while I am on my way to work.

This location is very clean, and efficient. The person that was on register was so friendly and made ordering at a chain restaurant seem local and personal.
The food was good, the drinks were great, and everything came out super fast but I can tell it wasn’t rushed.
There’s also so much space inside, definitely could be a spot to chill before work or with friends- not tight at all.

I stopped at this Dunkin’ recently and was immediately hit by a terrible smell when I opened the restroom door. The toilet was covered in feces and urine, with brown smudges all over the seat like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The floor was filthy too. I didn’t even step inside — I turned right around and left. It was genuinely that bad.
I get that restrooms can get messy throughout the day, but this wasn’t just a quick spill or oversight — it looked like serious neglect. Management really needs to address this. Cleanliness matters, especially in a place serving food and coffee.

My mom picked up her order and a guy had handed her coffee but it spilled and his fingers went into the cup and my mom requested it to be remade.
❗️She didn’t want any changes or drastic modifications to her drink. She just wanted it to be remade the way it was ordered❗️
My mom could hear that he was told by others to put the coffee in a different cup and not have it remade because she just wanted a new drink. She just ended up leaving the coffee because not even for sanitary reasons could they remake it.
If management is reading and thinking this somehow exaggerated than please check the cameras by the drive through. This happened this afternoon between 11:55-12:01 today (12/5/25)

Horrible service, the manager of the store plays around with the staff and blames customers for the errors of her staff. When did arguing with customers become standard? Im not here to argue, just fix my order. The manager then thought it was cool to talk about me as if I wasn’t sitting in the store eating still. The most unprofessional shit I’ve ever seen..

Started using this location about a year ago, because the other two on my commute are horrendous in EVERY way! The Highland location has been great up until recently. I exclusively use the drive-thru. I find that after the initial “what can we get you” and I place my order, I am asked what I ordered again! Sometimes repeating specifics up to 3x, only to get to the window and have something wrong. I often hear a lot of chatter through the speaker while ordering. Possibly not enough attentiveness on the part of the employee at the drive-thru.
