Reviews
This was actually my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was blown away. The space is absolutely beautiful, and for a buffet especially, it was incredibly impressive. The entire place was spotless; every table, every station, every food item looked clean, fresh, and well maintained. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation.
Between the amazing service, the custom sushi experience, and the immaculate atmosphere, this place exceeded all my expectations. I loved everything about it and will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The restaurant is very spacious with a nice layout. Everything was hot, fresh, and smoky (just how buffet food should be!). The staff was attentive—our table stayed clean and our drinks were always filled. Overall, it was a great experience for a new restaurant. I hope they keep up the good work for a long time!
One difference thing is because they charge you at the entrance.
For a Saturday 19.99 is not bad but that’s not cheap.
The place is clean and beautiful.
The food is good .
I’m not a big fan of deep fried Dumplings, but they made amazing. That’s really good.
The variety is also very good . Other think that’s a positive thing are the shrimps , very well prepared.
The sushi are standard standard size for a buffet (big) but they were fresh and very tasty.
A good buffet place to go.
You can tell a lot of care and skill went into each roll. The crispy textures, fresh ingredients, and creative combinations made every bite better than the last. The presentation alone was impressive, but the taste truly exceeded expectations.
Hands down some of the best sushi I’ve had — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Chef Josh to anyone who loves fresh, delicious, expertly made sushi!
If you’re hitting Banyan Buffet, definitely stop by the sushi bar. Chef Josh is the reason I keep coming back!

Another visit, another reminder of why the sushi bar is the highlight of Banyan Buffet. Chef Josh consistently delivers sushi that’s fresh, well-balanced, and clearly made by someone who knows his craft. Watching him work, you can see the precision and care behind every roll. Always worth stopping by.
The food is just okay. Nothing really stands out, and while dinner costs more, it does give you more choices. Lunch on Mondays isn’t great since a lot of the food seems like leftovers from the weekend.
The staff is friendly, and the waitress made the visit better. One thing to know is that you have to pay before you eat.
Overall, Banyan City Buffet is a cleaner option with good service, but the food is average and not very exciting.
