Chef Josh is truly the GOAT. From the moment we walked up to the sushi bar, he went above and beyond for us. He didn’t just stick to what was on display — we told him exactly what we liked and didn’t like, and he made a sushi platter that was literally to die for. Every roll was so fresh and perfectly made.
This was actually my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was blown away. The space is absolutely beautiful, and for a buffet especially, it was incredibly impressive. The entire place was spotless; every table, every station, every food item looked clean, fresh, and well maintained. You can really tell they care about quality and presentation.
Between the amazing service, the custom sushi experience, and the immaculate atmosphere, this place exceeded all my expectations. I loved everything about it and will 100% be coming back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My friends and I visited Banyan City Buffet with my friends—it’s only about a 15-minute drive for us, and we were all in the mood for some good Chinese buffet food! We went for lunch to celebrate our birthday weekend, and since the place just opened a few weeks ago, we wanted to check it out.
The restaurant is very spacious with a nice layout. Everything was hot, fresh, and smoky (just how buffet food should be!). The staff was attentive—our table stayed clean and our drinks were always filled. Overall, it was a great experience for a new restaurant. I hope they keep up the good work for a long time!

For a all you can eat buffet I give a 5 ⭐️ compared with other similar buffet .
One difference thing is because they charge you at the entrance.
For a Saturday 19.99 is not bad but that’s not cheap.
The place is clean and beautiful.
The food is good .
I’m not a big fan of deep fried Dumplings, but they made amazing. That’s really good.
The variety is also very good . Other think that’s a positive thing are the shrimps , very well prepared.
The sushi are standard standard size for a buffet (big) but they were fresh and very tasty.

Chef Josh at Banyan Buffet is the real deal! Every time I come in, he’s putting out fresh, high-quality sushi that tastes amazing. You can tell he takes pride in what he does — the rolls are always consistent, flavorful, and made with care. He’s also super friendly and makes the whole experience even better.

Have you heard of a Chinese buffet with the service of specific preferences? I came here and was craving a Krab salad, and guess what?! The sushi Chef Josh made it specially for me!!!! Beautiful restaurant, warm environment and staff that exceeded my expectations. We were brought here by the reviews regarding the food and Chef Josh and we were not disappointed!! Chef Josh was very attentive to the sushi bar, making each roll individually to avoid any going stale. He even delivered a special “Big O Roll” to our table on the house.
