FEBRUARY 20, 2026 at 510pm. I was just in there and got a drink asked for light ice and she gave me a full cup of ice. I took the drink went to the trash and took the ice out. It went down to a half of cup. The guy then told me to get out or he will call the cops. I said for what. He said be cause I put ice in his trash ca tha he just changed. Then in front of another customer started swearing and telling the cashier. Call the cops. She just put ice in my trash can, and it’s gonna get all over the place. And I said, I was going to get a refund, and he says, you can get it some other way. But I waited there and I got my refund, and I told him, I will never come back here again. This isn’t the first time i’ve had a problem here. Every time we go there, we have some kind of attitude coming back at us. Or they mess up our order. He started swearing saying the F word and more. Then he said I was being rude and he needed me out right now. I will be getting ahold of the owner about this.
To top it off I went to the bathroom before this happened and the toilet paper was o the floor…EWWW. they never clean and it’s sad cause despite all the rudeness I would go there with my kids weekly. NEVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN. . BOTH WERE RUDE IN THE END.

This place is a joke and robs their customers repeatedly ordered a large caramel crunch frozen coffee and a xl caramel swirl which I order on a nightly basis barely any whip cream and the coffee was burnt will be giving the Dunkin on 155 & 9 100% of my business moving forward at least they give you what you are paying for

The service here really was awful . I placed a mobile order online because I know it’s usually busy at this time, when I tell them I’m picking up the lady told me they only do Mobile orders in the store not through the drive thru(which is not true) so I have to wait in a busy line just so I could pull back around and park. Then when I get inside all of the employees are just talking and laughing. No one acknowledges me & I have to ask for my order, just for them to finish their conversation then give me my order. Overall a horrible experience and now I know in the future to Never put in a pre order

Drinks were ok, don’t really follow the right directions on the ice. The workers don’t seem happy. And especially glad I didn’t order food cause the workspace was nasty and peoples food was going on it.

I wish I could share a photo omg I had a large clump of hair in my bagel. Thank GOD I opened it before to see how much butter I got. Wasn’t even like human hair it looked like cat or dog hair

So second shift tends to throw out all the donuts in the middle of the day to try to deter people… it’s a donut place if you have no donuts then why are you open. They refused to take our order so we had to go to Troy location which I didn’t want bc their donuts are stale and have a weird taste to them. I never want donuts but I had a craving and was completely disappointed. Had to go to Hannaford .every time I go here it’s burnt coffee, terrible service . Horrible attitudes and I don’t understand why I’m the nicest person and the most understanding.. it takes a lot for me to complain about a place. America definitely does not run on Dunkin’.

I go to Dunkin A LOT! (Already got my badge for 150 visits in 2025 ) so I can wholeheartedly say this store has THE BEST team! Some of the absolute BEST EVER (not just in this store but any store I’ve visited) are Hillary, Veronica, Mikey, Jordan&Rae Shauna.. Also anytime Christopher is on sandwich station my order is perfect no matter how much I customize it! It’s hard to find good help so for this shop to have all these hard working ppl who pay attention to detail& care about their customers…. It’s priceless! I hope they know what treasures they have at this Watervliet Location!! I’m sure I missed one or two names who are great & if I did I’m sorry
