Look at these new holiday drinks. This is ridiculous. Went back in and said the cup was 3/4 full. They put it in a smaller cup to make up for it being 3/4 full. What the heck?!?!?! Never going here again! Who does that? Dunkin of course. I stopped going to Dunkin for some time because of these types of things and now I’m going to put them on the naughty list of boycotting like a few other shady practicing businesses.

I always go here for my bagels and hash browns and rarely do I have an issue. One time my coffee was gross and I asked to put 2 sugars 2 creams they put on the receipt it said 20 sugars and 10 creams I wanted to throw up that’s was my first bad experience today marks my second when I got to work on lunch I bit into my bagel and the cheese wrapper was still on the cheese GROSS I tried to call just so that they can pay a bit more attention to things like that but no one answers the phone

2 people?! You staff 2 people on a Saturday morning?! That’s some amazing management, right there. Also, doesn’t look too good when, unprovoked, your employees are saying, “if ya’ll are gonna complain, complain to corporate”. That some amazing professionalism. Yes, it’s a minimum wage job but, they filled out that application. Maybe remind them that “minimum wage, minimum effort” translates into never getting out of the industry. Bravo on the scheduling and the choice of hires.

Every time I open at my job, I come here for coffee/food first! Usually there’s only 3 workers when I get there to order. Still they’re always moving and getting things out. Today they looked decently staffed, and were even faster then they usually are! My Latte was PERFECT. Staff is always so nice! Not a fan of the muffins lately but that more of a personal preference on how I like muffins. LOVE the sausage egg and cheese I had today on an English muffin though. 5-star from me all the way 🙂

If I could give zero stars I would. The wait time is ridiculous, the workers are rude and the quality is sub par. Avoid if you can. I understand it’s in a convenient location but it’s truly awful. As an assistant manager at a different Dunkin I just can’t understand how a company can let this store crash so hard. after 5 whole minutes of sitting there waiting for my order to be takin I simply said hello? And the lady yelled at me to give her a minute. I just drove away. Its a consistent thing too unfortunately.

Go to any other Dunkin. Every time I come through the drivethrough here something about my order is wrong. Attached pictures are what you get if you ask for extra cream cheese. Point it out to them and they’ll begrudgingly give you a little more without even an apology. Ordered 3 iced coffees two days ago, 1 French vanilla, 1FV swirl, 1 caramel. Got 3 FVS.
