If I could give them a zero i would. This morning i placed an order and after they needed up my drinks the person that made them was arguing ally how it was my fault that he didn’t get the correct drink. He kept going on that i decided to judy cancel the order anda ge my money back. They hadn’t gave me anything yet si it shouldn’t have been so hard. They tried to convince ne to take the order but now I don’t trust you handling my food and drinks. Tells me he can’t give me my money cause he doesn’t know how to and there’s no manager.Then says good bye. I called the number on Google, goes right to a machine I call corporate they can’t do anything. They tell me to wait 2 business days to get contacted from store manager. Did it take 2 days for me to pay you for my order? No. Absolutely disgusted with them. Avoid this DD at all costs. The sad part is my daughter said don’t go there. I should have listened.

Here I am, again. Staring at my drink that I ordered on the mobile app. With nobody to give it to me. Why have a drive through when you can’t put a person there to man the window. And when I try to get anybody’s attention, they just walk right by. This is the second time this has happened and the only other time I went here I waited in the drive through to get through two cars in front of me for 15 minutes. The only saving factor is every time I ordered the coffee was made correctly. And before anybody chastises me for being lazy and not just going inside, I’m not going to unload two kids out of the car just to walk in when they should be taking care of the cars in the drive through

This is by far the worst dunkin I have ever been too. We have tried 3 times to order black coffee and each time were given a cup of mostly milk and sugar with our coffee. We also tried ordering a chai tea latte twice and the first time it was mixed with coffee and the second time all milk. Such a disappointment.

The store manager is rude and argues with employees publicly in front of customers and also talks rudely about customers and fellow employees . Her and the latina she works with are completely unprofessional , do not waste your money here go to mastic.

So I went in. I was going to order me a nice iced coffee. They were busy. I was the only customer in the store but I figured I’ll use the restroom. Give them time to catch up and get to me. I went in the restroom. The toilet was covered in urine so I politely came out and I asked for a pair of gloves so I would clean the toilet. Myself and the manager was the rudest individual I’ve ever met in my entire life. She was nasty and told me she’s busy. They’ll get to it and I was like. Well. I’ll do it. I don’t mind and she said no we’re busy so you just lost a customer. I will never come to the center morchies Dunkin donuts ever again in life unity teacher how to be kind just cuz she’s having a bad day. She should not take it out on her customers

Ordered on the mobile app and go to pick up the order and 30 minutes later still nothing! In the past month this has been the case so today is our last day ordering from here. They ignore you when you try to get their attention, when you finally do they say ok and then walk away and do nothing. 3 times we asked when we’d get our 3 drinks and nothing. The customer service here is like a dead fish. 42 minutes we waited in total. Insane! If I hadn’t paid for it already I would have left and considered just leaving anyway but after a certain point I just felt like let’s see this through. How many times can I try to get their attention and them tell me ok without looking at me.
There are so many options in this town and this one needs to go.

For some reason, this location cannot seem to follow a simple order. I don’t know if it’s the owner telling the staff to be skimpy or if it’s just the staff not reading the orders. I order the same drink a caramel latte, large iced, and I always order one to two extra shots of espresso. It consistently taste like milk. The Shirley location is by far the best.
