Been to, granted I understand it is in a gas station however they were serving Lipton tea. What happened to the Dunkin tea? I asked for black tea and got a cup of Lipton with sugar. Never again. Don’t go here.

I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service here is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. I don’t expect the employees to be excited to see me haha, however they actually glare and stare you down at the window, don’t even say a single word to you hand you your drink and close the window. It’s horrific! Not to mention they have messed up my drink on multiple occasions. I feel like it’s due to their refusal to engage with customers. I actually dread when this is the closest place to grab a drink…… Also they use gloves to touch the card machine and then touch your food as well.. so they’re dirty on top of it !

Just wanted to say that Daneyly (I’m for sure spelling her name wrong) is so nice! Such a good worker.
I showed up right before close and she still took her time to help and make sure I left happy, which is hard to find these days. Especially to the customer that shows up 10 min before close. So I appreciate her help and kindness and she is 100% an asset to this company!

Went to get coffee tonight around 11pm tonight and I slipped on a patch of ice. Guy was nice and made sure I was okay. I wanted hot coffee, no hot coffee. It’s cold out and I just wanted hot coffee. Slipped for nothing and now my body hurts. Ice needs to be taken care of before you guys get sued.

This is not 24 hours Dunkin. They put up signs saying that they ‘will be back soon’ and I legit waited 10 mins and they never came back. Like? This is ridiculous and now I’m cranky because I didn’t have my morning pick me up! Do better Dunkin. And their gas prices are high af. Not worth it.

This location is one of the most neglected dunkin donuts I have ever seen. I have been unfortunate enough to have visited this location 3 times in the last month and each time was a disappointment.
1) Absolutely not one bagel available for purchase
2) Apparently the person running the dunkin donuts is separate from the person running the gas station. Well that person was MIA so could not get anything
