Dunkin is my favorite coffee, large iced, butter pecan, cream, sweet & low, extra ice, perfection! This starts my day off right, every time! Once in a while I grab a toasted sesame bagel with butter, or a Boston Creme donut. Coffee is always fresh, the employees are pleasant and helpful, always a great experience and wonderful service. Would recommend!

Not sure what is going on with this specific location, but I do feel like it’s not ran the best. I walked in today, with the manager talking rudely to the workers, saying “Don’t tell me you cleaned that. You need to clean it now.” Not sure if it’s management, or just the workers. I have walked in several times to the workers talking rudely/arguing with one another, then they take out their attitudes on the customers.
This place is either hit or miss as well. I have to specify my drink several times when ordering. When it’s on point, it’s on point, but unfortunately I believe it’s rare at this location. I do think the workers just need to be better trained, equipped with better customer service skills. In the end, it’s just a cup of coffee that you’re serving, but your impression/attitude towards customers/other workers lasts.

Happy to have stopped by. I’m glad I came by during a slow hour Miriam and lebouni (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) were so sweet and took care of me straight away. They were friendly and prompt and my coffee was awesome. thank you! I’ll definitely stop by whenever I pass

I went to this location the other day and OMG I never knew what white racism felt like before this. I walk in, there are 2 counter ppl, one male, one female. There’s a young male sitting at the table. The female worker looks at me and continues what she’s doing, the male never turns around at all. I’m impatiently standing there waiting to be helped, when a man walks in (who for lack of a better way to put it, appeared to be the same or similar nationality to the employees), and he walks right in front of me. Immediately tended to, greeted kindly, helped quickly.. and accurately. She now raises her eye brow at me and says yes. Then it was a process to get my order in, she couldn’t repeat it back correctly, but got an attitude when I corrected her. She was rude when I asked questions. My husband’s iced latte was 95% cream. I had to brew coffee for him at home after all this to add it to the cup. I ordered a brown shaken espresso and asked for almond milk instead, she gave me both, and was mad again that I asked her to correct it. Finally, I’m not sure why I had to keep repeating 4 donuts to her. While I was waiting for my order, the customer who came in after me had realized what happened and apologized. I told him no worries. All in all, terribleeee.

ABSOLUTELY the worst Dunkin Within a 15 mile radius… and you can find a much better one if you go south on 112 a little bit. Not only does this particular location charge more for every single item than nearby locations do but every time I’ve come in here, the staff has been rude and standoffish or on Their phones straight up ignoring customers. This location may look nice because it is a newer building, but stay away if you’re looking for fresh food or coffee and a smile.

I requested to use my reward points and I ordered a plain bagel with butter.
1. I was informed that the rewards does not include butter so I was charged 54 cents.
2. As I was eating the bagel, I realized that the bagel was not cooked. It was wet and dowey.
3. The older Hispanic began to yell at me in Spanish that there is nothing wrong the bagel. I’ve worked here 10 years and the bagels are done. Nasty, unprofessional employees

Out of all the Dunkin’s I’ve been to, this one is the WORST . Every other week they say they don’t have caramel or hashbrowns and are waiting for the truck. This has happened to me 5 times since they’ve opened and you would think someone would say hey. Maybe we need to up our inventory if we’re running out every week ??? It’s just ridiculous. And the staff – terrible. Stank faces and “I hate my job” attitude. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location

Been a customer from Dunkin a long time but this location has some workers that really don’t even want to be there. They have stale faces and their attitude from just taking the order to handing it out is quite displeasing. I understand it might just be a job for you, but at least show some interest on the people that go there on the regular just for some coffee. Everyday finding the same people with those attitudes makes me rethink of even going to Dunkin. If the attitude of the workers from today evening would change, I know the location would do better as a whole.

The app said that my order would take a little bit longer because they’re busy. I walk in and nobody was there. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my order and I actually had to say something to the lady that was working behind the counter, who was talking on her phone the entire time. Huge fan of DUNKIN but come on

While this would be a better review if everything was made to order and the staff was more pleasant with its customers. It’s Dunkin, the food is good for on the go, but when a customer orders items the way you like it, it’s supposed to be made to order and it’s not. I’ve gotten drinks filled more with Ice than the actual drink
