The manager and two other people were very, very kind, even when solving a problem that wasn’t their fault. Just because of that, I’m giving 5 stars. From the moment I ordered the food, they were polite and courteous. But the woman who prepares the sandwiches and bagels is very rude and has a terrible attitude. She messed up the order twice and still got angry, slamming it on the counter, that’s how annoyed she looked. But still, even though it wasn’t the manager’s fault, they tried to fix everything with the same great attitude they already had.

I was in the store and some lady in front of me it was so rude with the employment I feel bad for the girl because she was alone in the DT . She was taking the order doing the coffee, gets the donuts and she move to pick the food from the another area , and I see the person who is waiting on the car with the bad attitude with the girl I hope the girl it doesn’t fire because I always when I go visit the store always I see her alone in the DT. I think the manager needs to hire more employees because it’s not only one people can do everything for the store.

They close 30 minutes before their posted time every god damn night. You order something on the app? GL they tell you that you can’t come in. We’ve gone here a half dozen times with 30 minutes before their closed time and they won’t let people in. Change your posted hours if you aren’t going to stay open.

Ordered an iced cappuccino and what I got was an iced coffee with like 70% milk. It was as if I was drinking iced milk. These guys don’t even train their employees on how to make drinks . Iced cappuccino is supposed to be frothy . Maybe it was a lot of work for their lazy employees

I don’t think I’ve had faster service anywhere else in my entire life. My coffee and breakfast sandwich were ready in less than a minute. Hot and fresh too. Very impressive. Starbucks can eat a d…..onut.

Worst experience in a dunking donuts. The owner thinks he is so funny. Had to wait for them to hand me ketchup for 10 minutes straights. The compartments on the counter were completely empty and he pointed to it twice when I asked for ketchup. Like I have eyes, and I’m asking because they were clearly empty. Also, caught one of the workers in the back counting my hashbrowns to be exactly 6 and tossed one out cause it got burned. They are lucky I was the one helped and not someone else because I know they would be livid with the utterly horrible service.
