I will never come back. I know they get a lot of business but I will go to another Dunkin before I come here ever again. Older woman with roundish glasses made my drink, she saw there was liquid all over the side of the cup so she cleaned it with a rag prior to placing the cup on the pickup counter then proceeds to spray the rag with whatever chemicals and wipe the counter. Prior to wiping down my cup the rag seemed to be moistened already. I did speak up, the woman did not understand and I left my coffee without coffee.

I did a mobile order this am. When I walked in the coffee wasn’t ready because they didn’t have one of the ingredients that is used to make this specific coffee, which was totally fine. When I asked the worker if there was anything else to substitute, she told me coconut milk, almond milk, or whole milk. I asked if I used whole milk with this coffee will it still taste the same. She did not have that answer for me, it seems to me that she is not educated on the ingredients. Then I asked her if she could refund me since they did not have the ingredients and she looked at me like I had 10 heads, I asked for a iced caramel macchiato instead. She asked me if I wanted sugar in it, which I said no. She makes the coffee brings it back to me and it has no caramel in it so I question her as to why there’s no caramel in it and she says you said you want no sugar in it. Caramel and sugar is totally different.. I get annoyed and leave the store without a drink because she had an attitude with me. I begin to call to speak to a supervisor since I’m on my way to work and I don’t have any more time to waste there since I was already there for over five minutes of course nobody answers. I will be calling corporate when they open today to get a refund.

I order here daily and use my on the go app. Yet almost every day my order is incorrect or the coffee is just burnt and old tasting. I complained the the response was taste it before I leave will if I had time had time to do that would I really be ordering on the go and if my coffee is piping hot how can I taste it b4 i leave.

I’m not a fan of this location, and I’m not sure why. Maybe because it’s also a Nathan’s, and they’re a horrible company. At least the Dunkin is pretty standard for Dunkin, and the staff seem to always get my order correct.

Order with on the go app. The coffee is wrong 85% of the time and if its right it taste burnt and awful. I complained after a week of awful experiences and the girl told me they can’t fix it if i dont taste it there. Really should I burn myself on burnt coffee bc ur coffee pot is dirty or left on too long. Terrible experience everytime.

Love the ice cream. There seems to be a misunderstanding at this location maybe due to language barrier but we could not get the lady to understand us to put a scoop on the side from a 3 scoop cone smh we just ended up paying way more than we wanted to
