Was a customer for many years until recent changes. Keeping sugar, salt, pepper an ketchup behind counter. Doing this is very petty and cheap an extremly annoying nobody likes places that do this, also you have interupt workers all time if you need something while they are busy. Removed two garbage cans one inside other outside not only making it inconvient but the ones inside build up with garbage quickly. Quality of workers is poor slow, mistakes, cant understand. Music way too loud at times the speakers direct over tables cant hear yourself think. Prices hiked for what reason I dont know as it dont reflect the quality or experience. More focused on putting holiday ornaments around instead of prioritizing customer service and experience. Foods terrible the workers rush an rarely know what they are doing, only the donuts are decent. The place is now a shadow of better days long gone.

I just ordered a large iced shaken espresso with coffee milk in the DD app. Of course the person making my order failed to put coffee milk and put regular milk instead. So now my boyfriend brought me home a drink that I don’t like that tastes horrible and to top it off I paid an extra 1.00 for the coffee milk I never got. Not coming back to this place. It’s not the first time they screw up my order.

The customer service here is horrible with rude Indian lady who worked the morning shift on 8/31/25. With only one customer in the store when my husband walked in with my daughter and stood in line. He waited for the lady to call him next only she never did. When another male customer walked him behind my husband, she greeted the other man right away and signal for him to approach and asked his order. Completely ignoring my husband as if he wasn’t there at all. He simply left aware of the disrespect. Seemingly, the manager or her colleague realized her dismissive action towards my husband quickly apologized to him. As thoughtful as his actions were doesn’t make up for the lady’s lack of respect. Clearly, this Indian lady has an issue serving blacks or even acknowledging their presence. Ironically, my biracial couple friend had the same experience with her another occasion when they both walked in together but she addressed the white husband when she was closer to the cashier. Completely unacceptable. To the manager, please speak with your employee or have her work the kitchen to avoid such conflict.

Disgusting went today 09/18 in the morning … think the Indian lady was a newer employee because upon entering I was telling her how I want the coffee and she couldn’t hear right because I repeated like 5 times … come to find out she didn’t listen at all because they got the coffee all wrong whatever – then I’m just watching her make the sandwich and when I’m on the road and take a bite the egg is cold !!!!! I immediately stopped eating and threw the whole order away to prevent from getting sick . I already knew what to expect. Please train this lady more she’s going to get someone real sick!!!! The other shorter lady seemed to know what she was doing but the other newer one needs more training.

I have been to so many Dunkins lately that are so dirty and gross. This location was great….Clean (CLEAN BATHROOMS TOO!), aboslutely NO Flies I mean it was what it should be but so many aren’t anymore. I actually was leaving a doctor appointment and going to meet a girlfriend at Dunkins and she found one in plainview but she said it was “super dingy” and questionable so i found this one about 10 mins away from the one she found. Sahara and Milan are awesome…and gave great service. There was a cute little section in front to sit by window but only 4 chairs and 2 tables. Comfy chairs! I tried a new drink and it was delicious. Happy w this location.

I just went in for an Iced Green Tea w/ melted honey. I have been a coffee drinker for 15 years and just switched. Every dunkin I go to straight up refuses to even try to make it. Nobody cares.
The manager at this Dunkin Donuts not only cared enough to listen to my request, he made the drink PERFECT. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for about a year and it’s like I made it myself.
10/10. I would go here over any other Dunkin in the area.

I always have a great experience at this Dunkin’ location! The staff is friendly, quick, and always gets my order right. The coffee is consistently fresh, and they offer a great variety of delicious donuts and breakfast items. I appreciate how clean and well-organized the store is, even during busy mornings. The service is efficient, and the mobile ordering option makes it super convenient. Definitely my go-to spot for coffee and breakfasts
