Other dunkins around here come up short: weak coffee, not enough flavoring. The one in the North Shore farms shopping center gave me what was supposed to be a iced caramel coffee with no caramel and refused to add any. I drink one every day, and I know what plain coffee tastes like, brother!

The lady working at night needs to quit she clearly hates her job. She served me cold hot coffee and when I told her it was cold she called me stupid and showed me attitude and mind you there was no one else there on that store so it cant be because it was busy. she was on the phone and she was upset that I distracted her from her very important phone call. pleas say some time and go else where people. 0/5

My go to place is the commack location. I used to go here in a pinch but had to just give up. My order is rarely correct and when I get the bacon, it’s always cold and not edible due to some awful taste. I’ve tried a couple times and I can honestly only blame myself for continuing to go there. The staff is non helpful and honestly, more often than not there is a language barrier.

I work for a local business and frequently pick up coffee for coworkers despite not much liking their coffee. Upon arriving to pick up, after buying a coffee and tipping nearly as much as I paid for the coffee to compensate a normally very kind staff that assists us, I went to pick up my co workers orders. They apparently didn’t go through the system properly. The barista was back and forth between saying the order didn’t exist or it did exist but I wouldn’t be able to know unless I gave the full legal name of everyone who ordered AND their account number. Staff was needlessly aggressive and unclear with what the problem was, and wouldn’t clarify if the order was in or not. Encouraging my companies staff to no longer give them business.

There coffee is way to hot now. 3 weeks ago you were able to drink it. Now when you go in and get it. Its extremely to hot. It takes about 15 minutes for it to cool down to where you can start to drink it.
You eat your breakfast and you can’t even drink your coffee while eating like you use to. Because the coffee is to hot. By the time you finish eating your so disgusted because the coffee is still to hot. That you just throw it out

I’m going to change my review I used to love this store …. not anymore the lady from the drive thru was ride unpolite and doesn’t know how to take care of customers I was there some time between 530 to 6 pm I asked for a small and medium iced caramel late with SKIM MILK they give me instead a cup of ice with half and half and caramel I have over 5 years taking a latte same way and difference between half & half and skim milk

This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible. The service is what kills it. The people who work here have no manners, talk behind their back about you and get angry and mean when they don’t feel like taking your order and making your coffee and food. There was to girls who spoke behind my back when I was nothing but kind to them cause they didn’t like we came in at the wrong time. Coffee is watery too. Better get new management or fire some people.
