I just came out of the Dunkin’ Donuts on Lakeland Avenue and what a horrible experience on Thanksgiving morning. The guy couldn’t even speak English. He put the wrong donuts in my box. I had to tell him five times the donuts I wanted because he Didn’t understand English. Then I go to leave and get in my car and realized I’m missing two muffins then I had to go back in again. What a horrible experience. It just really frustrates me that incorporation can hire people that don’t even speak English or understand English well. I’m not coming back here anymore. The guy wasn’t even nice and said sorry. Nothing just had an attitude and was not nice to end it off. Do better, Dunkin’ Donuts!

Went to Bohemia and was searching for a breakfast place .. and yeah … found this Dunkin. Ordered online and picked it up. Quick service . Order was ready in less than 7 mins . Good interiors and lots of space inside to sit and eat . Restrooms were clean . Lots of parking outside .
Ordered an everything bagel woth cream cheese . Bagel was ok but they hardly put any cream cheese in the bagel. It was so less . General Deli sells bagel with about 3 times cream cheese . Coffee was ok. Was too light . Taste was average . Few other stuff were good . Overall an average experience..

I went there to get my coffee and to use the bathroom but they always have a bad actitude I kindly asked them for the bathroom key and the cashier said they don’t have it !

Being more of a Starbucks type of guy I’ve rarely ever come to DD. I got a gift card for it and stopped in to this place. Ordered a Large Energy Drink with Mocha and a Egg Bacon Cheese on an Everything Bagel. Drink was very good and the everything bagel had a lot of taste to it. I would suggest to them to cut the bagel in half though. The service was extremely fast.

I came in for a coffe and a donut, I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands before eating and was denied with the excuse that it was out of order. ( it happens ) I purchased my coffee and skipped the donut, as they are preparing my order, one of the employees walks out of the very bathroom I was denied. That’s just awful

Growing up, I loved going to Dunkin’ Donuts. It was one of the highlights as a child. I would stop and get a hot chocolate and a glazed stick donut. Nowadays, who ever owns these establishments have decided that being cheap is more cost effective. Stop being cheap and make the donuts as they should be made. Put actual glaze on the donuts. If I’m going to eat a donut and put on the calories then please make it worth it!

Used the app to order and used my free drink redemption. Get there and there is a note on my receipt that says “come back for this”. Apparently the espresso machine was broken so no drinks with espresso. Instead of making me another drink, I had to order and pay for a second drink. Ridiculous. Every time I try to redeem a free drink, I never get it.
