The food is really good and it’s comfortable. But the guy is really strict not all of them but this one guy with a grey mustache he is yelling at kids for sitting on this little table that looks like a chair and for putting a lace on this couch and every time I go he always gets mad at me so in conclusion the food is
good but service is mean

I went here last night at 8:15pm to get my parents a cup of coffee. The hours on Google say they are open until 9pm as do the hours posted on the door, yet I was told they were closed. I am a 2 minute walk to this location and they have lost my business forever. I will now only be going to the dunkin on glen head rd. A business should be open for the hours listed, otherwise, it is not reliable. I won’t be wasting my time or money here any longer.

I totally get being overworked as the only employee staffed at a store, but it wasn’t necessary to get angry and loudly argue at me when there was a miscommunication/misunderstanding about what I ordered.

Employee today Wednesday 4:30pm was upset with me for “confusing” him by changing my initial order [before he got the drink started], which I had only done because when I asked for a frozen coffee he looked back at the machine all sad-like, so I truly thought I was making it easier for him by changing my order to a non frozen coffee latte. This was apparently also a problem, somehow. Again, drink hadn’t been started yet.

He makes me a drink that we had not discussed but I could see that there was a miscommunication or misunderstanding. Not a big deal, this happens. I could understand the confusion because I had asked for the new Cereal Milk Latte, iced and with oatmilk, but he told me it could not be made with oatmilk and was a dairy beverage. I replied with, “oh ok, no worries, I’ll take the drink as-is,” referring to the Cereal Milk Latte. I had also asked if that drink had espresso in it and he said yes. However the drink I was given was a regular iced latte with oatmilk and no espresso. When I asked him if my drink was the Cereal Milk Latte, that’s when he got frustrated and upset with me, told me I confused him, and then he started listing random drink ingredients to, I guess, imply that my order was confusing? He specifically included matcha and almond milk in this list, which I didn’t mention at all, but the previous customers did order.

He did make me a new drink that was correct, in a passive aggressive silence before handing it to me and scolding me one last time, saying I need to have my mind made up when I order.

The rest of the interaction was me gentle-parenting this fully grown man into the possibility of not yelling across the store at me because he made a mistake. Neither shocked nor surprised but annoyed at the very least. Will not be back to this location. Don’t yell at women (or anyone.)

Yesterday I was rushing like normal, but I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to get an iced coffee and I accidentally left my wallet with all my money in it. I showed up the next day and before I could even ask for if they remembered exactly who I was and returned my wallet to me with everything in it. The employees are extremely honest and polite here. I highly recommend you choose to Dunkin’ Donuts for its quality service and atmosphere.

During my recent visit to Dunkin’, I was left thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I ordered a drink, only to find my cup filled almost entirely with ice. This resulted in a significant reduction in the amount of actual beverage I received, and made my drink watered down and unpleasant to drink. Shockingly, after only two brief sips, my drink was already half finished. While I understand that it was an “iced drink,” the excessive amount of ice was simply ridiculous. I also understand that Dunkin’ iced drinks typically come with a lot of ice, but I have noticed that I consistently receive an excessive amount of ice when this certain cashier is preparing my drink. Despite requesting a normal amount of ice, my drink is still filled almost to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual beverage. It’s frustrating to feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth, especially when I have to buy a large to compensate for how little drink I’m getting.

To add insult to injury, the cashier who served me was extremely rude. Unfortunately, I have interacted with this particular cashier on countless occasions, and he has always been quite aggressive and made several customers uncomfortable. I am honestly surprised that he still has a job, as he has received complaints before and is probably a nightmare to work with.

In addition to his unpleasant demeanor, this cashier also seems to have an issue with customers tapping their credit card to pay. I have never had any issues with other Dunkin’ cashiers when tapping my card to pay. However, in this instance, when I tried to do so, I was met with an aggressive response claiming that it only works if I insert my card. I find it hard to believe that a cashier could be so unaware of his own payment system, and frankly, it’s embarrassing.

Overall, my experience at Dunkin’ was incredibly disappointing. The excessive amount of ice in my drink and the unpleasant demeanor of the cashier made my experience awful. Despite my negative experience with the particular cashier, I would still recommend that people visit this Dunkin’ location. The other members of the staff are friendly and provide great customer service. Additionally, most of the time, customers receive an appropriate amount of ice in their drinks, allowing them to enjoy the full flavor of their beverage.

However, it’s important to be aware of the one consistently unfriendly and aggressive cashier. If you happen to encounter him during your visit, I would suggest considering going to a different location or perhaps trying a different time of day when they are not present

Three problems with our order: 1. We said no cheese, and they put in sticky, hard to remove cheese. 2. They wrapped it wrong, leaving the food exposed. 3. THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY SANDWICH BREAD.
