Horrible service. The same 2 employees work here every day, and the manager is an absolute joke. He treats the junior high + high school students like they’re all delinquents. I understand they could be loud, but let’s be realistic here— no one’s sitting in that dirty, dilapidated establishment. The floors are ripped up, the tables are unsanitary, the bathroom door is destroyed and constantly out of service, (Hasn’t been in service for months.) Everything inside that place is disgusting. Not to mention, the manager constantly gives unpleasant stares at other customers, including myself, but recently he’s been out of line. I suggest every fellow Dunkin’ customer here to go grab a drink or food at the one in Merrick Road or Sunrise Highway, considering the service and food is much better from my past experiences. Once again, parent to parent, don’t go here.

this place is absolutely nasty. the way they treat customers is horrible. especially young kids ages from 12-16. ive seen the manager throw teens out of the store in the rain, snow, and even when its freezing out. i could understand if the kids were being loud, disrespectful, throwing things, ect. but they never do any of that. the kids just talk while eating or drinking and he throws them out and forces them to walk in bad weather. if i could rate this 0 stars, i would in a blink of an eye.

What can I say great Ice Coffee’s we where a little late and had some dessert and they were a little stale, but they were good for dipping so that’s how we got to a four star on the food and the help they were OK and this Dunkin’ Donuts was a little dirty. That’s what got them a three star on atmosphere.!

Horrible service the young woman managing the counter is outright nasty. The service was even worse after waiting to order a cake for 5 minutes with no one at the counter but me they told me to do it on line. I will never return to this location even though it is the closest one to my house. I give it 0 stars.

I was in need of a cup of coffee and pass by the dunkin’ donuts. When I got three quarters down the cup which was a medium size I began to spit out coffee grinds. It was horrible, the entire bottom as I later found of the cup was filled with coffee grounds. I will not go there for another cut.

So I live near by and I come there every once in awhile, I always get rude employees every time I come in ( idk names no name tags but it’s usually females working there that are acting like this, haven’t had a problem with the male employees as of yet. either first ignoring me for a few minutes while I stand at the cashier counter, When I ask questions About a menu item they give me attitude, roll eyes sighing heavily… I understand Not having a good day at work once in a while But it’s every time with these people. They change employees a lot so I suppose they don’t like the job but getting bad service this many times at the same place is crazy, at this point rather drive farther to the merrick road location. And they messed up my orders many times simple ones at that while not even busy , I wrote to corporate lol

I service pools for a living, closing season has starting and I have been out since 7am. It’s 3pm. I am in Merrick, on Merrick Ave and stopped into the Dunkin’ Donuts to simply use the bathroom and maybe reup on coffee. There were 2 employees working, and 3 customers in the store INCLUDING me. The bathrooms were locked, so I requested permission from one of the employees. I waited 15 minutes for the door to be unlocked, which it ultimately was. She waved me to go in. Upon entering I see dirty toilet paper strewn across the entire floor, the toilet full to the top with water, paper and feces and that’s not the worst part. There was a human shit right in front of the toilet, where your feet would normally be if you were sitting down. I’m absolutely disgusted that is 10 feet away from peoples food. Never will return to this location. Expected much more in this area. It’s a literal biohazard. They looked at me with a deer in headlights look on their face when I came running out the bathroom to tell them and just continued to help customers. I’m disgusted. You’ve been warned.

Someone from Dunkin Donuts corporate has got to investigate this store. It is an embarrassment to the entire brand it is always dirty. They are either understand or overstaft. Either way, the people that work there will talk and laugh with each other. Ignore the customers once the order is taken. This location is always absolutely filthy. I try to avoid it when possible. Every once in a while. I will stop there on the way to the train. And I’m disappointed with myself for going there I am an avid Duncan consumer utilizing it for myself and for work events. I frequent locations all of a New York and out-of-state. And it’s so disappointing that my own Hometown has the most disgraceful location I’ve ever been in.
