One of the biggest chicken sandwiches I’ve had-lots of chicken and very filling. Flavor was on point but overwhelmingly salty. Ironically, the fries were perfectly salted but the chicken and the side of rice were like licking a salt rock – I had to return the rice and get coleslaw instead which wasn’t any better on salt – Someone here must love salt!!

Ok I’d like to start by saying this is more than just a “chicken place”. I say that because they do so much with the bird that being considered a mere “chicken place” just doesn’t do them menu justice. From the bowls to the salads and glorious fried chicken sandwiches (and more so the way they remix each sandwich), is just impressive to say the least. Today I had the spicy chicken salad, which caught me by surprise! I say this because, I welcome spice; to the umpteenth power, but this caught me by surprise. Both the chicken and the spicy fried onions came to play, and in a major way. Yet they weren’t just hot but flavorful at the same time. The Cole slaw added a nice texture of crunch and coolness to calm each bite, and the raw kale also acted as a life raft in the sea of heat I found myself in; especially once I added the extra hot sauce that accompanied the dish. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Not only was the staff super friendly, inside of this spot was immaculate; from the touch screen order displays, to the seating area, and even the bathroom (I notice small things like this). I was glad I tried this spot, because there were a lot of eateries in the plaza and I wanted something different. Well boy were they different, and delicious; at the same damn time! Can’t wait to return and suggest this spot to others!!

Juicy crispy chicken! Staff was super friendly, helped me order, made recommendations, even gave me one of each sauce to try. 2 tenders cost just under $10. I thought it was a bit steep at first but the size of the tenders explained it all, they were plump alright. Each sauce was bursting with flavor and had a degree of heat to it. I liked the honey mustard best. The only thing I didn’t care for was the stale triangle of bread underneath the chicken. 4 ordering kiosks and a jungle vibe. There was oddly loud kid music playing through the speakers.

The chicken is delicious. Our 2nd time here everything that we have tried so far was great. Sides, salads, sandwiches, sauces, seasoning, and spice levels are good for us. It might be spicy for some people. Chili garlic is yummy.

Brine is an absolute rip off now. The tenders used to be enormous, juicy and the crispy breading was made of large shards of crispy coating. It is now mealy, and the chicken is dry as a bone. $13 for 3 puny tenders. No sides. The staff is the saddest food service reps I have ever seen. They know the food is a rip off. Don’t go. It used to be my favorite chicken restaurant ever. What a sad, disappointing place now.

It was tough to decide what it get at @brinechicken because everything sounded so good! The blackened chili garlic sauce was so flavorful and definitely I slathered it on everything! They have two locations-one in Chelsea NYC and one in Jersey. The chicken was so tender and flavorful. Their blackened chili rub is a 10/10. Super fast and cozy place with great food! Great service and plenty of options to choose from. The MSG sandwich, buttermilk tenders and fries I had were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. They also have a wide variety of specialty sauces to choose from. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

$15.74 boneless chicken breast and you get only 6 small pieces of chicken. Ridiculous. It’s a rip off. Nothing look like the menu picture at all. And the chicken is so chewy, doesn’t taste good at all. I would not visit again.

I’ve come here multiple times before and had good experiences overall which is why I am rating four stars instead of three. Overall, I would still recommend coming here.
Came in today at 730 ish PM and fries were cold, chicken tenders were way smaller than they usually are but at least were hot. My friend got the 53rd street bowl and said it tasted good but chicken was dry.
I guess 90 mins before closing is just get rid of the worst stuff in the back. Don’t come later in the day.
