I wish I could give -1 star for the waste of breath in this establishment. There was no one staffing the cash register where we waited for several minutes, only to learn he was hanging out in the back parking lot. They put a sign on the bathroom saying it was out of order and wouldn’t let us use, even though we were paying customer, yet we saw a random loitering lady go and use it.

Location is convenient. Restroom is always out of service. Sandwiches are sometimes burnt and cups are missing almost quarter of its contents on numerous occassions. Good part is that you get in quickly and leave quickly with a order.

Best DD I’ve been to. They always get my order correct. I been to other DD and somehow my order (medium iced cofee black with turbo shot and French vanilla swirl) would not be done correct (sugar added, milk added, no turbo shot, wrong swirl added, etc). This loocation is the best. Staff is friendly and polite. I do “on the go ordering” and it’s ready for me CORRECT every time I walk in: no wait no delays. BEST DD!

Tried placing a mobile order and we got there and donuts were out of stock… at 6pm. Next time I should call ahead right? Wrong. They’re number is out of service.
When my girlfriend got there to pickup the order they gave her an attitude when she asked for a refund for the donuts the didn’t have. Upon calling corporate, she was asked for a receipt. When we went back to the location just minutes later, they refused to give me a receipt and again gave me an attitude.
Corporate needs to take over or shut this place down all together. No franchiser should be making money on a business ran so poorly.

Customer service at this location is quite horrible. Young lady who works the night shift acts like killer out of a horror movie. Just so rude and aggressive. Store was dirty and unkept, with drug dealers and addicts alike using the store as a place of refuge. Note, most of the these issues I experienced happened during the closing shift.

Few minutes passed and I asked if my stuff was ready just to hear him ask “what’s your order “ and the other literally right after they clearly heard me talking to the first person just to say “are you waiting for something”.
