Nice folks.Efficient service. Nice clean space. Great app. Close to home. But, mediocre pizza with too much tomato sauce and the crust was not as crisp as I prefer. If you’re really hungry it’ll do the trick. Might be back to try some other selections. The folks at Corporate might want to tweak the recipe.

But we were shopping and we decided to try them since we both haven’t eaten there since HS and we got pizza wings tater tots pizza toppings and it’s way way better the pizza was very good the wings we got 2 kinds very very good and we were very surprised we ate everything we orders yea of course ide rather have the local favorites like grand and modern but they definitely stepped thier game up I have almost 350 reviews and close to 80,000 views and I speak the truth if we don’t like it .I just say what I feel I know reviews can hurt but thier important .so I’m never mean ide rather to b honest it it’s a terrible place or I had a bad experience , I just won’t write anything .bc I am not an evil hearted man and my mother always taught me ,and she said if u don’t have anything nice to say ,then don’t say anything at all ,and that’s what I do. This dominos was much better quality pizza than the one I ordered from 2 weeks ago from the New Haven Dominos location, Although, I was supposed to receive a free extra surprise item from both dominos locations and neither location remembered to make sure to include that item.. I had to remind them about it and even show an employee at both places the promotion/advertisement saying I would get an extra a item with my online order. New haven dominos took over 2.5 hours to bring me my pizza about 4-5 minutes down the same street there located on last issue was when I went inside to pick up my order from the Clinton location the employee forgot to throw in the cups of extra dipping sauces I ordered And paid for along with any napkins plates forks or knives. They Even forgot my bottle of soda I also paid for With my order. What’s going on here?? Maybe they need better management or just an extra hand employed behind the counter so the understaffed and assisted employees don’t have so much to try and remember on there own without some assistance..

I love their pan pizza. All the pizza types they offer are tasty but the pan variety stands out. Pizza always arrives on time in the one instance that there was an issue, it was a Saturday night and they are experiencing staffing issues. They refunded my payment and gave me a free pizza anytime I want it.

It’s unbelievable how many times I’ve ordered delivery and had nothing for 2 hours. 3-4 times no exaggeration. One time I called and told them to remake the order and I would come pick it up, they agreed. I arrived, the lied and never made the order and told me driver had finally dropped off my order as I was driving there. When I got home I found out this was also a lie. It’s not just not being able to handle their inflow, they are liars too. I’m not even a review person but this is the worst place I have ever ordered food from period. I do love cheesy bread tho.
