Staff attends once customer at a time. Once the order is made one staff member takes away to finish your order. Once they give you everything you’ve ordered they move on to the next customer. This can make people impatient. Out of the 3 staff members one is attending the people coming in and the other 2 taking drive-thru orders.

The donuts are pretty bad, especially if you get one that’s something like strawberry or chocolate covered. It looks and tastes like a product that didn’t make the “quality” cut like a normal one would, if that makes sense. The donuts you receive definitely don’t feel worth it. The wait time to get served is also horrendous. Staff serve one at a time (including making process) so if you’re in a rush I don’t suggest coming to this location.

This is by far the worst DD I’ve ever been to. The entire staff are all rude,nasty, and super slow. No customer service skills what so ever. You walk in, and the staff doesn’t acknowledge or greet customers. When you walk in for your online order, they see you standing at the pick area, and they ignore you while they see you waiting. Horrible! The owner needs to fire the attire staff and manager at this location and hire appropriate and properly trained stuff.

As any and many of the Dunkin franchises this one too is proving to be a disappointment. Long wait times, incorrect orders, and over-priced breakfast sandwiches with a truly limited selection makes for a lackluster experience and leaves one asking what other options are there now?

Besides the convenience of the drive thru option, the quality of drinks has definitely declined. I can never order the same drink without it tasting entirely different. There doesn’t appear to be a standard that is followed for each menu item.

I had to wait in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes before they took my order. My coollata was good, but the donut was hard and stale. I would NOT recommend this Dunkin Donuts.

I go to this Dunkin from time to time. Usually don’t have too many issues. But I do have a complaint. I like to get the iced matcha late. But I can’t explain how frustrating it is when one thing is advertised and what I get appears completely different. They usually don’t care to mix my drink or make sure that the powder is completely dissolved. It looks extremely sloppy, and I get the impression that they could care less about what they hand me. I didn’t even go through drive thru so I don’t know why this drink looks so rushed. Really disappointing. The taste was fine once I spent time mixing it myself.

As an eating place DD should offer a bathroom for their customers to wash their hands. This particular DD has its parking lot spaces taken by sitting and unused commmercial trucks . If you are a person who lives in queens you know how easy you get a parking ticket.
