Just went in for a mobile order (iced coffee) wait was a little longer than usual because of a big uber eats offer before mine… but the guy that made my coffee was very nice and apologized for the wait. Also there is a good selection of donuts

Not the most friendliest staff. I also wish you can place an order at the drive thru. What is the point of having one then? Other than those negatives, they always get my order right. Everything is usually made very fresh. They always have everything I order in stock. One of the best dunkins.

Prime location that’s great witht he Dunkin App. However, this place has always been the slowest Dunkin in New York. I always hate ordering from this location because the wait will always be crazy. Not sure what is the operational problem here. But I know that other Dunkins do it a million times better. In and service is why people come here. But they fail everytime not to mention it took them years to open the drive thru. But even with the drive thru service has not improved. The quality is correct but the sevice makes me all the time go to the further dunkin. Corporate needs to provide training ASAP.

Great Donuts! Awesome staff not all of them,but a few are very friendly and serve you well. Otherwise the coffee and hot chocolate, are made very good. It’s a good location for this community and has a great parking area. It also has a built in drive but, the times I have been there they still don’t used it. It would be great if the offered drive thru service!

This is quite possibly the worst store ever created. One app order, go to pick it up and they are out of everything. The employee says he will have the manager refund it. Manager calls later and says can’t refund the app but we can go pick up the order again when it’s in stock. Yea just what I love, driving aimlessly around. This order I just ordered, again they are out of items. Apparently they can’t seem to even contact us to let us know. So after they substitute items, turns out they gave the wrong drinks as well. Is it legal to administer iq tests with applications?

They should serve the teachers that come in faster when we do a mobile order. The drinks aren’t very tasty. It’s okay. I feel sorry for the workers because the teens from the high school are so rude to them.

The worst Dunkin around. Avoid at all costs and just keep driving by. You will wait at least 15 – 20 minutes for anything. Staff are like ZOMBIES… If I could give it a ZERO, I would. Single taking at it best…
