This is a clean, spacious, and cozy Dunkin’ with fast and friendly service and ample parking. My only critique is that the bathroom was locked, but the only person with the key was the manager – who wasn’t there! Needless to say, we had to walk across the parking lot to find a bathroom in the Shop Rite grocery store.

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes to only be ignored. Counter guy was extremely rude and didn’t even smile when I did finally get help. When I got my coffee, my order was wrong. My bill was also rang up incorrectly and I was overcharged. The guy didn’t even want to refund me. Very poor service here and very poor attitude from the people working here.

Came here with my son for 2 coolattas and the wait was ridiculous. Literally 4 people were able to get their drinks before ours were even started. I literally watched 1 of the employees dump my sons drink so he could make someone else’s drink, and then continued to make others drinks. When I complained that now the 4th person to place their orders after us have now received thier drinks only then did they begin to make them. It would have been quicker to go to a gas station for a frozen drink.

Worst location EVER, the order is NEVER correct, zero effort for food safety or customer service , Had to throw away food because of wrong drink resulting in allergy. The lable printed clearly showed what the drink should be made of but the actual drink was totally wrong. If you go here BEWARE because the staff doesn’t care about customer safety or satisfaction.

If i could give no stars i would. This Dunkin’ Donuts gives me a hard time when i pay for extra espresso in my iced caramel macchiato which they make like a regular iced coffee light and sweet. Will never go to this location again. The employees are very rude and nasty!

Always, without fail, makes the drinks too sweet. If you ask for 1 pump of syrup in an XL coffee, it tastes like they added 3 pumps. I don’t even want to know how bad it tastes if you actually ask for 3 pumps. They do the same with the Lattes. Ask for 1 pump, and it tastes like 3. This is not an issue at any Dunkin I’ve evern been to in Manhattan. The app has no way of asking for 0.333 pumps to see if maybe the employees will triple to 1.0 pumps.
