Of course perfect for a morning coffee before your commute from Scarsdale train station. It’s the owner and staff of this DD that make it great. Since we moved here they have been so pleasant. I find it so weird to come to the Dunkin here in Scarsdale at least three times and either they’re one understaffed, the coffee is not made correct, or The munchkins don’t taste as other Dunkin.

I get dunkin most mornings right before I get the train & they are very quick with making it. One day the train pulled up and I needed to leave before they had handed me my coffee–I wasn’t angry about it, I just accepted the loss because I really needed to make this train for time reasons. The kind lady working there actually ran all the way up to the train door just to give me the coffee. She really didn’t have to do that–above and beyond service!

Have to repeat my order 3 times and they still get it wrong. Donuts are always stale no matter what day of the week or time of day I get them. Hygiene doesn’t seem to be a thing as well with some staff

I ordered a drink and the train came and I had to run out the door before receiving my order. The gentleman working sprinted to the train caught the door to get me the coffee I ordered. I was just coming from a funeral and having that experience knowing people like that are out there made things a lot better. Amazing people, amazing service. Thank you!

I came here because the Starbucks was closed, the woman behind the counter was very nice but when I asked for a hot mint tea, it took over 10 minutes to get. She helped two other customers that came in after and went to the back to ask for help regarding the tea… She finally said: I’m so sorry I don’t want to mess up the order! I had to tell her to just pour hot water into the cup…
