Truthfully if I could give one star I would. I order a hot chocolate…Dunkin’s hot chocolate is naturally creamy and sweet, that’s how it always comes out and how it’s properly made. Today I’ve never been more disappointed in my life, I ordered from here, and I opened the top to my drink, whoever gave me my drink and made it for me, made me CHOCOLATE water. I am in pure disgust. I paid 5 dollars for this and whoever is working decides to make disgustingly watered down hot chocolate. How is something like that okay??????? It’s undrinkable, it looks terrible, it tastes horrible. I don’t even know how something like this could be made or how it’s made. If this is how your hot chocolate is, please do not sell it anymore, because I can’t believe something like this could be sold and paid for. My hot chocolate was disgusting and had to throw the whole thing out because whoever made it, decided to give me water and a scoop of hot chocolate. management needs to fix this issue asap, because this…absolutely not okay. I will not be going back to this Dunkin in any sense. Horrible.

When I visit a Dunkin Donut store, I only expect my coffee to be made the way I asked for it. But this location couldn’t even do that, first the employee was not even presentable, her t-shirt was dirty and stains all over, she was yawning while she was taking care of me. My ice coffee had more cream than coffee, when I told her that she gave the face and not even apologized. Worst experience ever. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

Coffee was great! But the service horrible I can’t even ask for anything at the employee specially the manager because she is the rudest on from all! This has nothing to do with what language they speak Like others have commented in there reviews its about how you treat customers.

This may literally be the worst Dunkin I have ever stepped in in my life. It’s been three times I’ve been in the store and all three times something is very off. I do not believe they speak English here and the one person that I actually spoke to today Just stared at me with the blankest look you could ever give someone. The first time I went to this location, my English muffin was stale, and after telling the “Supervisor” she just said that’s how English muffins taste and then didn’t even check the other English muffins to see if they were expired or old. Today my donut tasted almost raw! Had to spit it out in disgust. Definitely not coming back. Sadly it’s the closest Dunkin to my workplace , but there is another one a couple miles further down I will give a shot.

Spent time at this place while waiting for the rain to die down. While waiting I saw they have a promo for a Medium Latte. I asked the cashier if it was for Iced or hot only. She responded its for any latte. So follow up question was can I get it flavored and she confirmed yes. So I ordered an iced Mocha Latte. When I was about to pay I wasnt charged the correct amount and she said it would fix itself once you already paid for it so I paid with using my card. The price never took the advertised price. Not a big deal at this point as I would be dining in and utilizing the stores heat so its fine. As soon as I got my drink it tasted like a regular latte checked my drink sticker and it did say Mocha looked around my clear cup and I did not see any type of chocolate sauce/syrup whatsoever. So I bought this to the beverage handout persons attention and she had the audacity to argue with me stating thats how it goes. If this ever goes to management can you please retrain the staff and teach them proper beverage recipes.
