I went on 12/22 around 1:28pm to pick up my order. I WATCHED the young Hispanic woman make my dunkalatte with Oat Milk. I WATCHED her pour it with my own eyes. When she put it on the counter, I told her I didn’t ask for oat milk because it comes with coffee milk. She turns to the young Hispanic man and says something to him in
Spanish. He then turns to me and tells me it’s coffee milk. I told him it wasn’t, because she just poured oat milk; can they make it order. The girl storms off to go remake the drink she made wrong. I say to the guy, “all she had to do was apologize and remake it”. He says to me “all the extra commentary isn’t needed”. Excuse me? You guys made a mistake and you’re telling me I don’t have a right to be frustrated when you just told me you made my drink the right when even though I was watching? The guy proceeded to argue with me telling me again “the commentary wasn’t needed”. Terrible service, terrible training, and terrible conflict resolution. I come here EVERYDAY and I swear I will never spend another dime at this location. Rude service and incompetent staff.

I had the worst experience this morning at 7:02am. I come to this DD open never had a problem always polite and courteous. This young made my drink wrong and was very dismissive. Now I have to find another DD for my morning commute because he works the early morning shift. Horrible

Got two cappuccino’s this morning. They were iced cold. I didn’t realize it until I was already on the road. Very annoying. If you want to charge Starbucks prices, you need to serve hot coffee.

Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I’ve been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can’t even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren’t any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I’ve seen, even though I’ve seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Probably the worst Dunkin’ in the area. My beverages are usually not made correctly and they don’t know how to properly heat up the sandwiches. The heat inside the croissant was cold. Employees don’t care enough to help. What a shame.

Never any issues at this Dunkin, good location. Usually have tons of donuts/bagels and staff is nice. Overall pretty clean and easy fast service! Recommended, will be returning.

The night shift staff needs to be trained properly i ask a muffin with butter and neither one of the staff knew how to prepare it.
First muffin- she tosted and handed to me so I ask her if she put butter she said you had to say that at the register which I did so she took it back and when done I checked and it literally looks like she made a hole in the middle with her fingers and got a chunk of butter and threw it in there.
Second muffin- the guy did it.
It was better but still not the right way to do it.

3/1/25 Stopped by and thought to use my points to grab some donuts for once… since points kept piling up… what did I get. Donuts that looked like it was yesterdays… and tasted like that as well. If it’s mid day can’t imagine why the donut look like it’s been kicked around (smushed) and not soft like a donut from the same day…
Greatly disappointed…
