This Business seems to think that they are the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. So if they are inhospitable and unappreciated for your business, they should think again. I walked in for a sandwich, meal, donuts, and munchkins, I asked for a sample munchkin, of a new “wedding cake” flavor, and they couldn’t even spare a 10 cent munchkin. I am so I’m so happy that I left them with nothing and I just drove five minutes to the next Dunkin’ Donuts who seemed extremely happy for my business and very appreciable. The first Dunkin couldn’t even explain what the flavor was like which they insisted on trying to describe instead of letting us try it. She said it’s like a regular munchkin with wedding cake sprinkles which is still quite ambiguous. The next Dunkin’ Donuts was happy to give us a sample and it was a blueberry munchkin with sprinkles on the outside. I was happy to buy three other munchkins, including the one that I sampled.
Dunkin’ Donuts are a dime a dozen in a radius of 5 miles. I will not spare a single one of my dimes for any DND that are not accommodating for their patrons. I hope this review resonates to management and upper management.

the worst customer service in all Dunkins over all NJ, the donuts wasn’t fresh at 8 AM and they keep the fresh donuts hidden to sell the old ones!! the cashier calculated my receipt wrong and make me pay extra and the guy making the drinks I ordered a refresher with no ice and he said our policy we have to make it with ice and of course i know the reasons?!! to put less lemon juice they are soo rude as well as them Manager I’m was telling her I had very bad experience in your store today and I will share it in a review and her response was okay good luck!!!

I wish I can give them negative stars. I ordered Medium Hot Light Coffee and was handed Medium Iced Coffee instead, when complained I was told to order new hot coffee. DD is becoming unfriendly these days!!

Bad service. I got a drink with my friends. We all asked for less ice and all of our cups were filled will all ice and barely any drinks and when we asked the cashier why is it so less. She was kind of rude and mentioned that that’s what less ice is when it literally was filled with less ice. It wasn’t my first time at Dunkin and getting drinks with less ice. Terrible service and then not taking accountability.

Every time I come to this specific dunkin the staff is either overwhelmed or maybe just don’t want to be their but the orders rushed, never right and when asked to be corrected you get the worst customer service and the incorrect item again to drive the point home that they don’t care. I live by this Dunkin and have always had issues. I ordered door dash today and the drink they SENT was disgusting! this was the worst drink ever. tastes like spoiled milk and chemicals plus sugar. cup came half empty. no matcha powder.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your establishment. It is clear that the employees need much better training. We waited 15 minutes for two drinks, watching them being made, only to see our order marked as ready, then cleared, and then mistakenly put at the drive-through. We had placed our order at the kiosk inside.
When I asked an employee about the mix-up with the drinks, she stared blankly at me with no response. Another employee eventually came over and helped get the drinks to us, but they were also confused about why the drinks were in the drive-through queue. If we hadn’t pointed out the mistake, our drinks would have gone to a drive-through customer.
After this frustrating mix-up, we finally got to our car and discovered that my drink was made with liquid sugar instead of the regular sugar I requested. This kind of substitution is unacceptable, especially when I’m paying for a specific product.
It seems that every time we visit, there is an issue. Proper training and quality control are essential to ensure a better customer experience. Until these problems are addressed, I cannot recommend this location.

Coffee machines are never cleaned in this place, my iced coffee (black) always tastes like someone took the coffee beans from a crack pot that’s been cooking all night.
None the less I’m actually here because today I ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes for my son only to have him about halfway through start choking, come to find out they put nuts in it! My son is extremely allergic to nuts and had to be hospitalized, thankfully he is ok but is still in the hospital 5 hours later! Nobody answers the phone!

I was there yesterday for having my hot coffee ,, but it was not up to the taste it’s more cremy than the actual taste of coffee, i request for making a new one, but I was told it was come like that !! I am a regular customer having thousands of rewards in my app !! he made me a new coffee but more watery and also seems like he’s not interested to fulfill the requirement, then I nicely told him to give me a refund, but the guy refused to refund saying that not knowing , how to refund !! Nxt morning i go back for seeing the manager whos name is apolina , short spanish lady !! I explained her the whole seneiro but she said you have to come back with that coffee , which I dump in front of him ,,how stupid she looks like !! she also don’t know how to refund and getting rude for giving refund then she opened the register and give me cash back and say go somewhere else not to come back here again !! just a request to the management to fire these kinds of employee who are not friendly with the customers because that’s how you lose your daily customers and business.
