This location had been terrible with the speed of mobile ordering for just one iced coffee. I would mobile order (walk in) when I was leaving my house (10 mins away) and when I would get there, I’d still have to wait for my drink. I started to go to another location and had such a great experience.

Decided to give them another chance, and it’s been better… Until TODAY!

Mobile ordered walk-in, but the front entrance (in) wasn’t accessible at all—only the exit (out) was plowed, and this Dunkin is on 37with no shoulder so I had to go around the block (no biggie- but dangerous). No parking on the cleared side either, so I had to use the drive-through (1 car was in front of me- and no line behind me).

When I told the employee that I said I’d walk in, but going through the drive thru). Instead of understanding the situation, the drive-through employee gave me attitude and told me to “make sure you put drive through next time.” I told him the situation, and instead of being understanding, he had such an attitude. Maybe plow the entrance first? Unsafe setup and bad customer service.

The employees at this location need some customer service training. I have gone to other locations before and put walk in, and have gone through the drive through instead with no issue. Seriously, you can’t walk to the shelf and get my drink and give it to me?

The owner better do some training and hire a better snow removal company, because they are loosing a LOTTTTTTT of business by not having a safe way to go to their restaurant!!!!!!!!

Two weeks after the storm and this Duncan still only has their exit to the highway plowed and open, the entrance still completely blocked with snow and ice. I watch like 50 almost accidents per hour. Shame !!

Just went today 12:50pm! So they forget the hashbrowns, I go back to get them, no problem, and tell me why they processed to take out my other items I ordered out of the bag.
It cant be that damn hard. Even with the sticker on the side they still took it out. Disgraceful. I’ve had nothing but mess up orders from this place, and the girl on the register, it hard to get a word out of her. I guess she doesnt want to be there. It’s my fault for continuing to go back, I guess I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. never again

These workers are the most incompetent and rudest people I have ever encountered. I ordered a caramel craze latte, a drink I order regularly, only to find that my order had absolutely NO caramel in it. When I pointed this out and requested extra caramel, they had the audacity to charge me for it!

The manager approached me with an attitude, insisting that I needed to pay for the extra caramel, despite my polite explanation that there was hardly any caramel in my CARAMEL CRAZE LATTE. When I suggested that she could simply remake my drink, she walked away mid-sentence, completely disregarding my concern. Now it’s only $0.52 so in the grand scheme of things, it’s not that much money but it’s the freaking principle and the audacity to think you can give me a caramel craze latte with zero caramel in it then walk away when I ask you to redo the drink.

Honestly, Dunkin’, is this the level of service we can expect nowadays? For the past five years, I’ve tried to avoid this Dunkin’ because time after time, I receive nothing but HORRIBLE drinks and TERRIBLE service. Today was no different, and it’s incredibly frustrating.

Waited a minute for server to wait on us as she was cleaning racks. We ordered 1 sandwich & 1 bagel & 2 drinks and I ripped the server. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. Luke 10 minutes. Heard 1 bagel called and watched other patrons leave with our food. Brought up the receipt to the counteract appeared they realized they gave the order to someone else. So we went back to out table & waited & waited & waited more. Nobody brought our food. Finally went up to counter and someone gave us our bag which was behind the stands. No apology, no compensation, does not seem like there is any leadership or customer service at this location. Disappointing. Probably won’t return to this location.

All the bad reviews are so true, it’s crazy how the prioritize the drive tru. Me and my boyfriend been waiting inside for 20 min while they didn’t even give us a coffee, we asked for a refund then they finally gave us the order yet missed the wraps ! Joke, don’t go there, ever

I just ordered a protein latte & an avocado toast with specific instructions to make it “really toasted” as i do nowant it soggy.
I got home & found out that it was barely toasted & of course soggy. What’s the point of giving simple specific instructions if it’s not going to be followed. Terrible

I placed a mobile order for a bagel and it went thru. Get to the counter at 8:30pm (closing is 9) and they said “our oven has been turned off”. So no toasted anything. But much much worse, is the fact that their drive thru will destroy the crap out of your car. The way it is situated with these very odd high and narrow curbs make nearly impossible to enter the drive thru without destroying your bumper. I’ve been to literally hundreds of different Dunkin’s over the years (I go every day no matter where I am) and this is the ONLY place where merely driving thru the drive thru area did massive damage to my right front bumper. Beware!!

First I’d like to say that most of the workers are nice but today in the morning I had asked for butter on this and it was just warmed and I waited another 10 minutes just for them to burn it and barely put butter. The women in the back made it and she was nasty. Eyeballing me because of what I ordered. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there
