Decided to give them another chance, and it’s been better… Until TODAY!
Mobile ordered walk-in, but the front entrance (in) wasn’t accessible at all—only the exit (out) was plowed, and this Dunkin is on 37with no shoulder so I had to go around the block (no biggie- but dangerous). No parking on the cleared side either, so I had to use the drive-through (1 car was in front of me- and no line behind me).
When I told the employee that I said I’d walk in, but going through the drive thru). Instead of understanding the situation, the drive-through employee gave me attitude and told me to “make sure you put drive through next time.” I told him the situation, and instead of being understanding, he had such an attitude. Maybe plow the entrance first? Unsafe setup and bad customer service.
The employees at this location need some customer service training. I have gone to other locations before and put walk in, and have gone through the drive through instead with no issue. Seriously, you can’t walk to the shelf and get my drink and give it to me?
The owner better do some training and hire a better snow removal company, because they are loosing a LOTTTTTTT of business by not having a safe way to go to their restaurant!!!!!!!!
It cant be that damn hard. Even with the sticker on the side they still took it out. Disgraceful. I’ve had nothing but mess up orders from this place, and the girl on the register, it hard to get a word out of her. I guess she doesnt want to be there. It’s my fault for continuing to go back, I guess I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. never again
The manager approached me with an attitude, insisting that I needed to pay for the extra caramel, despite my polite explanation that there was hardly any caramel in my CARAMEL CRAZE LATTE. When I suggested that she could simply remake my drink, she walked away mid-sentence, completely disregarding my concern. Now it’s only $0.52 so in the grand scheme of things, it’s not that much money but it’s the freaking principle and the audacity to think you can give me a caramel craze latte with zero caramel in it then walk away when I ask you to redo the drink.
Honestly, Dunkin’, is this the level of service we can expect nowadays? For the past five years, I’ve tried to avoid this Dunkin’ because time after time, I receive nothing but HORRIBLE drinks and TERRIBLE service. Today was no different, and it’s incredibly frustrating.
I got home & found out that it was barely toasted & of course soggy. What’s the point of giving simple specific instructions if it’s not going to be followed. Terrible
