This was by far the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever visited. The staff, who are supposed to provide good customer service, were disrespectful, unprofessional, and had zero motivation to work. Everyone looked miserable, with terrible attitudes, and absolutely no effort to be friendly or welcoming.
The service was awful,completely rude and unhelpful. But the worst part? I asked to buy a new cup, and they tried to sell me one that was sitting on the display, dirty and clearly not new, and charge me full price as if it was. When I asked for a brand-new one in a box, the response was: “You can wash it if you want.” Excuse me? If I’m buying something NEW, I expect it to be NEW, not dirty!
Honestly, a horrible experience all around. I’m extremely disappointed with this Dunkin’. If you want good service, DO NOT come here.

Every time I stop by the Dunkin’ in Lavallette, I’m greeted with fast service, friendly staff, and consistently great coffee. Whether I’m grabbing a quick iced latte on the way to the beach or picking up a dozen donuts for the family, they always get my order right and with a smile. The location is clean, well-kept, and super convenient if you’re spending time on the island.

Honestly they get a lot of my orders wrong, the workers joke behind the counter. I wish there were other DD in this area because I like the overall product but gave them way to many chances. Don’t leave this store until You confirmed drinks are what you want and you get what you buy for food.

absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever gone to! First time I was there trying to order my drink the guy taking my order was texting. He proceeded to put in 4 Coffee is when all I ordered was two. Maybe if he was paying attention. And then proceeded to make my coffee incorrectly. 2nd Time I ordered two iced teas, one green and one regular and I was given two regular iced teas. I told him behind the counter that I ordered a green tea and huff & puff and Grabbed it out of my hand and dumped it. refilled my green tea and slammed it on the counter!! It’s such a shame because that is the only Dunkin in the area.. let alone a very popular area. The staff is horrible, and the place is filthy.

Order wasn’t correct. Latte was mostly milk, short on the syrup & what was there was laying in a glob at the bottom of the cup . Service was acceptable but definitely not exceptional. Restaurant wasn’t stocked & had to ask for straws, sugar & napkins as they were empty

This is a tough one to review.. this is the only Dunkin on the barrier island, so it’s usually really crowded during peak hours… when it’s super crowded, the service and product quality suffer a bit.. when not crowded, everything is great! There are lots of other coffee shops in the area, but if you are a Dunkin fan, this is your only spot! This location also closes up during the off season, so be prepared to take a lil drive to get your Dunkin! Overall, great service here, and typical Dunkin food products… use the app if you don’t have time to wait in line!

Had an amazing experience!! Very fast and friendly service. And the customer service that the manager Will showed me was some of the best I have ever experienced at Dunkin Donuts(for which I have been to many). He was able to answer ALL of my questions on not just the ingredients and quality of the food but also helped me find the calorie counts as well, which is VERY important to me because of my restrictive diet. DEFINITELY gonna go back because of the manager Will and all of the other super nice employees.

Service is horrible. I ordered a Mobil order, the place it self was not busy, however the employees were distracted by talking to each other. I placed my order and it took them 20 mins to make my chai latte. I had asked if my order was ready, and the guy said “I guess I’ll make it now” so rude. Will not be coming back.

The service is terrible. They gave me free coffee coupons at the beginning of the summer, then tried to scam me when I used them. They took two coupons, charged me for one of them, didn’t give me a receipt, and then told me they couldn’t issue a refund. Avoid this place! They will ruined your day.
