Service is horrible. I ordered a Mobil order, the place it self was not busy, however the employees were distracted by talking to each other. I placed my order and it took them 20 mins to make my chai latte. I had asked if my order was ready, and the guy said “I guess I’ll make it now” so rude. Will not be coming back.

Had an amazing experience!! Very fast and friendly service. And the customer service that the manager Will showed me was some of the best I have ever experienced at Dunkin Donuts(for which I have been to many). He was able to answer ALL of my questions on not just the ingredients and quality of the food but also helped me find the calorie counts as well, which is VERY important to me because of my restrictive diet. DEFINITELY gonna go back because of the manager Will and all of the other super nice employees.

Honestly the place is a good coffee shop. Personally I believe Linda is the biggest reason why this review is getting one star. She sits around while the other employees do all the work. She is extremely rude to the customers including myself. If you’re going to go to this location, make sure she is not there, it’s really the only issue.

I went in on Saturday, 6/8, around 9:40 (they close at 10) and I was told AS I WALKED IN “We don’t have coffee, only tea.” I suggest you don’t go here after 9:30 because they clean the coffee pots 30 minutes before closing! This shift is extremely lazy! Wish I could put 0 stars.

Came here once and it was not busy. Ordered 2 items…a medium iced coffee “light and sweet” and a medium hot tea black. The servers were nice and service was quick but after I left with my beverages I found the cup that supposedly had hot tea was really just coffee mixed with water. I’ve never had any Dunkin mess up this order. And no they didn’t mis-hear my order because the cup with watered down coffee says “hot tea md BLK”.

Server attempted to make decaffeinated hot tea twice only to still give me wrong tea. When I returned he gave me a hard time tea bag clearly said black tea. The other server interjected an basically threw package that tea bag was in. When tea was remade guess who was right. When I left store manager and employees were laughing over matter. Good service here. Think not.
