i got a simple order of a 16 count parmesan bread bites. i was chowing away and bam hair in my food, straight up hair in my food !!! i was very disappointed, would not recommend.

UPDATE: Decided to try again, this time the bread was cooked okay, it was stuffed generously but still had the weird oil on it. Overall, a huge improvement!!!! Forgot to take a picture which I’ll definitely do next time. We also got a medium pizza, that I didn’t hear any complaints about. (added a ⭐️)
Going to see if I can ask for no oil on the cheesy bread when ordering through the app, if not I’ll have to call in to order. Gave them 2 stars for promptness on carryout at the window. Not sure what’s going on at this store, I’m new to the area but the food here is much lower quality then where I moved from sadly. I’ve ordered the spinach & feta cheesy bread 3 times and been disappointed every time. Here they drown it in oil, use very little filling & over cook it and tonight it’s like the bread was made wrong as it only rose and cooked on the ends. Never seen anything like it. I also got a handtossed Hawaiian pizza. The crust was falling apart, like it was missing ingredients and had no flavor. Also, both items were very greasy. Idk what would cause that but I didn’t experience that where I used to live. I used to love Dominos but I may be switching Pizza Houses after tonight. If this store is trying to save $, I hope they are paying attention cuz it could costing them more in the long run. This place has a prime location, would be too bad for them to close. I do understand we are in difficult times for keeping employees but I think this is a management issue. I would have gone back but we are having a snow storm currently. Think Im just done with them for now.

This one can be hit and miss but tonight was a hit, who ever was the cook promote them and make them a trainer.
Edit: ordered a hand tossed light sauce pizza, recieved a thin crust heavy sauced mess. Order took an hour to recieve.

I used to have better things to say but this place has gotten pretty pathetic. They scrimp so much on the sauce, the cheese, the toppings. If you want to taste any of it you better order double or extra..So they can charge you that extra 5 bucks just for it to be made right..sad.

They are ok.. if you’re planning on sharing a pizza you better have a pizza cutter. The slices are never fully cut through and they are all dramatically different sizes (see picture, these slices are from the same pizza) I wouldn’t complain but it is every single time I order from them. It still tastes good most of the time… but come on Dominos, invest in the slice!

I had food delivered it was hot and fresh.my complaint is the driver decided to put on herself to give herself a tip off of my card. Never authorized the tip from card.

I order from this place a hundred times the past 3 times they screwed up, the first time the driver didn’t bring any change so he was supposed to bring me back my change and he never did so he got like a $14 tip, this last time I saw the driver I saw him drive off but I didn’t have my food so I called the store I spoke to someone who claimed they were a manager he said he would remake it and send it out I waited an hour and call back he claims the driver said he gave it to me so I went looking around my building for it and I found it on the front porch this is after an hour had passed so it was cold and apparently lantern flies black cardboard boxes when I called back he got an attitude the one claiming to be a manager and we got nothing resolved so I’m going to have to take a hard look in order from them again
